Hope you enjoyed the video! It was a fun challenge, but quite difficult due to the fact that I don't work my legs and didn't get any rest days during the challenge lol. I wouldn't recommend doing it if you're looking for serious leg growth or if you have bad knee joints because you'll need the rest to see some big gains and to prevent from injury. Okay....I am doing this Challenge Name : Atul Origin : India Before : I was couch potato, having sugars n all...I only used to walk 3 to 4Kms Day 1 : 0.5 Kms Running + 50 Crunches + 2 min Plank (Had 2 eggs n One Banana extra ) No Sugar Day 2 : 0.5 Kms + 10 Russian twists + 10 crunches + 1 min Plank (2 eggs n Banana shake) Day 3 : Huge pain in chest region I will try to follow the Challenge Did Heals to heaven 20 reps n hold for 1 mins + Walk 6Kms Day 4 : 25 V Sits, 6 Km walk...20 mins Arms and Shoulders....Pain is lesser tha yesterday but I wanted to make sure it becomes normal first than will plank Increasing protein n fiber now Please pray that I complete the challenge Will keep Updating....

So I feel like if I literally just cut out sodas and do this workout with more water and Gatorade rather than soda, I’d lose 15 - 20 lbs since I’m 5’ 11” and 200lbs 😂

if you wanna minimize risk of cramp or perhaps the soreness after exercise (DOM), stretching will help according to my own experience (both before and after exercising)

awesome video! awesome results, true dedication at its finest. glad it all came from just wanting to have better fitting pants. so innocent hahaha, i also hate doing leg workouts, i also skipped leg day, and im doing this and im on day 3 of the challenge.
I find leg workouts to be the worst for me, I tried it for a week and my legs just gave up on me, could hardly walk so I gave it up cuz I had to go to work
I feel you but its just first week you feel pain after that you don't get pain
