Yes I can, I use World Weidner Poly No Show Mesh stabilizer. It's nice and soft and is wonderful for supporting all of my embroidery blocks. It's my go to cut away stabilizer. They have different sizes on this listing, from Amazon, so you can buy what you need. I love the 12" x 50 yard roll as it lasts me a long time, even with all of the blocks that I make. I just love that the rainbow showed up right in front of me. It hardly ever rains here in Southern California, so the odds of catching that on video were almost impossible, lol.

This was one of my first few Kimberbell projects and I didn't have my production system figured out yet, to produce so many videos on one project. @@cindywest2689 Hi! I purchased a shop kit which gave me the book via download. So I had to print it out, then I put it in the notebook and added my notes. I'm glad I can help you make this project!

@@cindywest2689 If you want to make a working copy, you can can just scan and print the fabric pages and cutting diagram pages on your home printer. Then you can make your notes and check marks on those.

It's so good! That satin stitching is so pretty! Luckily they use it on several other blocks, it's just sew awesome! :-)

I think so too! I am 90% sure that I am going to do it as a ladder quilt. I just ordered more fabric for the backing, borders and binding, as the kit doesn't have enough to make it into a larger quilt. So hopefully I can get the rest of the blocks made by the time the fabric arrives. So much fun!!

Hi Paulette! Thank you so much! Yes, I would add sandwich your quilt with batting along with the backing fabric. That way you won't feel the seams on the backside. 😊 You could use a lighter weight batting since you already have batting in each block.

Hello! The book says you can do the project with a 5 x 7 hoop, and you can. The larger blocks involve a double hooping process. However, if you want to do the quilt as you go method using Kimberbell's quilting designs, you need a larger hoop for each block. Also, if you don't want to double hoop blocks, then you would need the larger hoop. 😊

Hello! You can use a 5 x 7 hoop, but the larger blocks will need to use a double hooping process. The main reason I say you need a larger hoop is that I'm showing you how to use Kimberbell's quilting designs. In order to use those, the stitch area for each block is larger, so that means you would use a larger hoop than 5 x 7 for most of the blocks. Hope this helps. 😊
