Can you use just reagula white vinegar
Haley Gazaway, I’m not sure how regular white vinegar would taste as the rice vinegar gives its flavor. Try just a little and if it’s not what you want, rice vinegar is a common thing to find in the stores either with the vinegar section or specialty Asian food section in your grocery store. Good luck!

DonutCare that’s great, I recently switch to a soft synthetic as well and don’t have any fall out. Almost have been using that small pan for a year and still have a good amount left inside

I bought the full size and I was dissapointed. The sample size of my friend is much darker and prettier than my full size. The shade were clearly not the same. Might have got a bad batch but still... 😑

Riv / Mislukken yeah I agree. That's one of the stir frying essential. You can't really put to much on the frying pan because the rest will steam and I think that's why in most Japanese restaurant they stir fry without a pan. Because they needed to stir fry in large amount and all of the ingredients should be flat on the pan to fry them all
Hi, thanks for the instructions. I was raised off a flattop stove. I do recommend non-stick pots and pans. They improve food outcome tremendously w/o much butter or oil needed. BUT you must use plastic spatulas or rubber.
I should help with the sticking on the bottom and cooking on 6 should get it where you need it to cook.
Finally a recipe with simple ingredients, I had everything in the fridge. Thank you so much you are a life saver !!
