Hello! If you copied my formula step-by-step and it doesn't work, it's likely a formatting problem. When entering the formula in the bar, a little question mark should pop up. Click on it and it should tell you how Google Sheets wants you to write the formula in your language. I'm currently using Google Sheets with the USA formatting. In other languages, the comma is replaced by a different symbol. Hope this helps!

Hi! The tasks do not disappear because they are not automated. If you want to use it for another month, you should keep the example empty and duplicate it every month. Otherwise, if you duplicate a filled calendar, you'll have to manually delete all the tasks. To duplicate, just click on the little arrow beside the tab's name and click on 'duplicate'. You can make a longer list. When you use the sequence formula simply write a higher number of rows. Or you can duplicate the tab for another month so you will get a monthly progression. I hope it helps! :)

Not with this method, because the calendar starts on the first day of the month. To start your week on Sunday you need another formula.

Yes, you can copy and paste the whole month below. You just need to also include the cells that hold the month and Year. The range is B2:Q56. Otherwise, you can duplicate the page by clicking the little arrow beside the name of the tab and select 'duplicate'. 😊

Hi! I think we'll update the template with macros since you're not the first person to ask us for them! But if you want to add them, the system we recommend is to set up the macros categories as Number Properties in the Ingredients DB. You'll have to fill up these properties for each ingredient you normally eat. Also, it would be beneficial for macro tracking to see the total of each macros inside every recipe too. So you'll have to create the same three number properties for your macros and add them to the recipe library. I hope this was helpful!
