I have a little bit of an idea of how the container system might be working and why it is so difficult so I try many different things. However, in this case I learned from reddit where it appeared in many different threads and then it appeared in several youtube videos. I made my own video because the ones I saw missed things or were hard to follow.

@@wp3068 Only ones I know of in Act 2 would be the Mindflayer Colony which you access after fighting Ketheric on the roof of Moonrise Towers.

It will only think you're stealing if the corpse you're using has a red "loot".

@Cyb3rM1nd I was sure to use a corpse with the white text. It was one of the goblins from right outside of the grove. I'll give the squirrel a try and see if I notice any other issues. Either way this new method is super useful. Thanks!

I've only heard that if you use an auto-clicker you can sometimes dupe items but I have never tried that.

I have not the time or patience to edit for multiple reasons chiefly being that to make a video requires pushing through pain. I have a brain condition. Between dealing with intense headaches, dizzy spells, blackouts and ministrokes I don't have the time to go into any serious planning or editing. I see somebody wants help with something, if I can handle making the video I do so and give the link and then I go rest. If this means my videos are boring to you: so be it. Go find a different one. If it helps you, great. I do appreciate you taking the time to comment and provide advice, however rudely you have phrased such, but let me be clear: I have no interest in being a youtuber, I don't care about sub count or algorithm or any of it, even if I had the health and mental wellbeing to try. This is the best I can do. Take it or leave it.

This won't result in the spell showing the correct details in the Spells section or scaled values for upcasting. It's less work, sure, but doesn't match what people actually wanted and why I made the video. Also, "just use paper sheets" is not a helpful comment for tutorials on using a digital toolset.

Not everyone can use mods. People on console cannot yet. People using Nvidia Geforce Now service, like me, cannot use mods.

@@genshinimpactspeedrunner9967 It's a solo play game and people will have different ideas of what is fun. For example I don't find having to loot everywhere particularly enjoyable just to afford the items from vendors for trying different build ideas or scribing all spells (gets expensive when you run multiple wizards in a party). So not having to worry about that is good - and it does nothing to the gameplay challenge. There's enough gold to get everything, all a glitch like this does is save you time looking/looting for it. It's very helpful when you're on your 3rd or 4th playthrough. So, no, I don't need to re-think why I'm playing this solo game. Let's not gatekeep how people enjoy games, please.

I've got a couple infinite gold methods that still work, not quite as nice as yoinking everything at once. An easy one is to cast bind pact weapon on a sword, then add it and another item to wares. then goto merchant and sell wares infinitely.

Works with Shillelagh as well

Yes, when you go to Maps you select a campaign and any players in that campaign can be added to Maps as tokens and to Encounters.

You wrap them to protect from rain. You hold backpack above your head when wading through rivers, fog has no effect.

At this current time? Not really. Roll20 has more features. Maps does have the benefit of having everything in one place, though, and will continue to be worked on. Eventually there will be sheet and encounter integration. Then there will be the 3D VTT you mention. Really it is down to what you want from it and which you prefer. Maps is also easier than Roll20 if you have no need for all the extras like FX.

It is not possible to do this glitch on console, I am sorry.

As of August 16th when last tested, given that there hasn't been any updates since hotfix 25, this actually does work precisely as detailed in the video if done correctly. If it no longer works for you there are only 2 causes: you are doing it wrong or you have a mod that is altering backpack containers, perhaps unintentionally.

@@Cyb3rM1nd I was not able to get the items to a backpack but was able to get them to move to a pouch. Using the exact same technique...

Again, this would be something on your side. The game has not had any updates since hotfix 25, so what worked then still works now. And since I can still do it with backpacks as of one hour ago using the most updated version of the game, with no mods installed -- Your problem exists in your game specifically. Either you did not do it correctly or you have a mod installed that is preventing it.

@@Cyb3rM1nd I just realized I was using a supply pack, not a backpack. I can confirm that it will work with pouches tho.

It's a bit mental they haven't added this feature officially on D&D Beyond. Hope this workaround helped in the meantime!
