You're so right that the intro of Love Attack is sinister. It's basically a siren's song (why they're dressed as mermaids/sirens at the end). Explains the hypnotic elements, the beautiful melody, and the lyrics that promise the world. But it's just a beautiful lie. I like how much effort they put into these high art concepts.

I personally prefer this album to Fe3O4 Break! I didn't really vibe with Sickuhh mostly because the word "rizz" in the song slapped me in the face. I also didn't like how "Mad Max, check out my wheel" didn't rhyme with the other lines. I really want to like it but I can't get past the lyrics. I've always been picky with rap songs. Even though there wasn't a single song in Break that I didn't like, every other song besides Sickuhh in this EP is so stellar that I still prefer Stick Out overall.

In GPT, STAYC shined in their vocal delivery and Black Eyed Pilseung complemented with beautiful melody and instrumentals. Tell Me Now feels sort of like TWICE type of song, and I think STAYC also fits this sort of fun vibe song.

One reason, why "Tell Me Now" sounds different but still STAYC in my opinion is because of the producing team behind it. It's worth looking up the two Swedish guys from the writing credits, they have an interesting portfolio. 🙂
