I’m 6’ 4” with long legs and shorter torso. This frame fits bigger than a Diverge 61 but shorter than a 64. It’s a nice ride

Happy to help! It’s the reach that is the most distinct difference on size. Specialized geometry is pretty compact and a tighter overall fit. Cervelo, Argon 18, Felt, and many more, are much longer fits in terms of reach. My previous Dark Matter was a Large because of the reach length.

I had a e36 318i and the c320 at the same time. The Mercedes was a much better car in terms of performance and interior. E36 wins in style points for for.

This is my first time owning a 2.0 TFSI, I’ve read some horror stories about maintenance, but from my experience proper maintenance is the key to long term reliability. Gas mileage is really good and it’s got some good power under boost. I have an intake and full exhaust and you can really hear the turbo. So far I really like it. But just like any older car, you have to do some important maintenance like the timing belt.

Agreed. I had to have the whole front end repaired and painted. The rear quarter panels are a weak spot as well

@@Dunna_shreds Well, I speak from experience, I have been driving a sports coupe as a C 200 Kompressor for nine years. Back then it had absolutely no rust, which unfortunately didn't take long to happen. I now have to re-weld the rear wheel arches. However, with the 2 liter engine I'm not worried about durability.and fortunately the panoramic roof still works. 🤗

Depends on your ride height. 19’s would be the biggest I would go. 20’s would look awkward. I think 18’s with a drop suit it best.

Here’s 5 reasons not to buy a CL203 based on stock build. Heavy car for its size, two spark plugs for every cylinder, every body part and glass is specific to the CL203 so replacement parts are near non existent, traction control kicks in Even when turned off, electric gremlins galore, weak manual transmissions, slow with auto transmission, zero aftermarket support, etc.

I wouldn’t recommend it, but part of the fun of buying cheap cars is that it forces you to learn how to work on them. Mercedes in general has terrible resale value, that’s why you can pick any c class up for so cheap. Parts are expensive and often difficult to source. I needed a new rear quarter glass and had to order it from another country as nothing was available in Canada. The biggest issue for me would be the electrical issues. You can spend alloy of time and money chasing issues and never resolve them.

The fronts and sides are universal pieces that I made to fit the car. The rear is a Evo 8 rear diffuser and the trunk spoiler is from eBay. Search CL203 trunk spoiler.

I had my wheels redrilled, but the final offset is 27 front and 24 rear with 225/35/20 front 245/35/30 rear

It depends on what engine you’ve got. I’ve got an N52 and Radium Parts makes a flex fuel kit for them. I dont think you’d see much improvement though as it’s not a high compression engine and is naturally aspirated.

I made it. It is all based on universal parts that I customized to fit. The rear diffuser is from a Mitsubishi Evolution wide body that a narrowed to fit.

Moral of the story is cheap cars need repairs. This thing always has something new for me to tackle. Last week the adaptive headlights starting throwing a code. Lol

The white wheels are 18x8.5 front 18x9.5

I feel your pain. I also only paid $1000 for mine. Haha. They are fun cars but the body part uniqueness is annoying.

My current set up is Godspeed coilovers lowered 2.5”. Wheels are Weds Cerberus II 20x9 fronts with 225/35/20 and rear 20x10 245/35/20. I’m moving to 255/30/20 rear shortly.

I did polish them eventually. This car has been sold for a couple years now.

Thank you! I did all the work myself. W203 and cl203 suspension works on this platform so do some search g for good coilovers. All the body work is custom, so find some existing cars with similar shapes and see what you can make work. Hope this helps

This was just a single DIN Pioneer unit. Any single DIN will fit with the proper surrounding kit. I got the kit on Amazon for $30.
