Guerrilla Records was amazing - never has anything sounded like productions on Guerrilla Records ever again, Spooky - Gargantuan - one of my favourite - Orange Coloured Liquid, Justin Robertson and Bert & Ernie production for React2Rythym - incredible just amazing
You are spot on there, that album is an absolute GEM!
Just under 400 views?? This car and interview deserve so much more attention. It's simply phenomenal!
Thanks for your comment, and I agree that these guys are geniuses!
BFA claimers sound like the "weak" Neitsche said were continually trying to fetter the "strong".
Interesting perspective. Definitely seems to be at odds with what the stoics (Epictetus, Aurelius) preached. But yes, I guess it's a matter of personal taste which of those value systems you aspire to!
In Uganda we eat it seasonally. They fly seasonally. It is called Nsenene. Come and taste them so that you can take some samples.
That's awesome, thanks for sharing!
IN AFRICA GRASS HOPPERS ARE CAUGHT AND CLEANED AND FRIED AS A HEALTHY SNACK
Amazing, maybe more people in the world will catch on?
All that acoustic treatment on walls and ceiling. Why the echoes and Delays on vocal?
Probably because I'm an idiot? haha
12:05 - YES!!!! THIS!!!!! I know EXACTLY what you mean with melancholy music being beautiful and cathartic.
Renaissance : The Mix Collection was my introduction to Sasha and thus, later - Charlie May. Have been the soundtrack to my life ever since!
Amen! Glad you found this!
Glad someone continues to acknowledge this man. Oh, how I wish I could have met Goldman. A brilliant creative and such a frank speaker. He’s one of my role models. He’s also from Highland Park, Illinois and I grew up in the town next to it. So I feel a kinship both geographically and creatively.
Thanks for your comment! A genius to be sure, who left an indelible mark on screenwriting and books.
Great company and informative interview.
Thanks for watching and for the comment, hope you're well!

I still think that Bruce Swedien is still just as revered if not more universally revered in the mixing engineer’s world. However Serban Ghenea is more popular amongst the current generation in music and his achievements in his field are virtually unmatched.
Exactly my sentiments! I was fortunate to meet Bruce before he passed, and I even made a video honoring him. In my mind, they are both equals of a different era. But of course, no one has "beaten" Bruce Swedien-the greatest sonic gift I've ever gotten was to hear Serban re-mix Thriller, and the heads up of those two mixes says everything one could ever want to know.
Oh man this is huge! Getting a diagnosis soon is practically saving someone's life. It's good to know that AI is used for something useful and not just to make memes.
Inspiring! 🙌

Damn gorgeous planned verified by meta
Have a gorgeous job patience ideas
Skip to ruclips.net/video/ueEJ2-yaMi8/видео.htmlsi=tUVcX-jQ2LLxxE6w&t=562 for a fun surprise 🙃
but why you think hes so good, what stands out to you?
I'm still as big of a fan today as I was when I made this. He's able to achieve a level of sonic perfection that literally no one else can, on shitty headphones, on festival stages, he never misses. Other mix engineers get things right from time to time, he's the only one who can't get it wrong! So clean, so loud, so wide-everything perfectly in its place to tell the story of the song.
Idk why do many people are against it. It's meat, you can't tell the difference and its way better for the environment. And think about it, you could eat any meat and not have to pay a stupid amount of money. For ex. Norwegian salmon in RSA is stupid expensive, but with this technology meat could be made way more affordable.
Well said!
First time I learned of this term! My current dilemma is being in between people who acts this way! F-- this is very frustrating. Thanks for the helpful info!
My pleasure! Marcus Aurelius's Meditations has quite a bit on this, this old translation of if has the core: "'For not observing the state of another man's soul, scarce was ever any man known to be unhappy." Which means: you can't control anyone else's lack of philosophy. All you can do is live according to your own right thoughts and actions.
Great podcast, Charlie is a legend! BTW, what is the track playing in the intro (first 2 minutes)? Thanks!
DNA - Ecstasy (CM Lowgear Remix)! To support this man, I urge you all to go to his Bandcamp and buy it all-so many fabulous gems.
2:05 - "...actual real people..." Hard to find, nowadays (and to get serious: Know Google Scholar, be able to read the results and know that most people do not care if they are correct, they just want to be right... That helps me)
Very true! Thanks for your comment.
i hope you get many more views
Thanks I appreciate that!
Great topic. The problem of questioning your own perceptions becomes even worse as people get older so it’s easier for these ai bots to scam them.
No, that's literally you people who keep the topic going to get views.
You proved his take
Omg your music changed my life! Xpander was the first. 20 yrs later I went to a ghost writer studio in Chicago. With Nick of the Starkillers. It is so wild how much good music is ghostwriters. Austin L**ds is Nick's co producer. I don't want anyone to get in trouble/lose business, so I censored the name. They needed a female vibe in the studio that day. Studios dont even have heat or restrooms. They have good sound insulation though.
Hi Ross, i didnt know you, but i start to being a DJ myself and get to know your workk as a DJ, and now i discover your podcast. Thanks for all you content, you are like a Mentor for me. I learn a lot from your DJ Course too.
Hey that's so awesome! I really appreciate the kind words, and I'm glad you're here.
cool
exceptionally funny and cool interview
Insightful and enjoyable podcast. Love your dry humor. Deniz was certainly comfortable and genuine enough to mix in F-bombs in his narrative and in describing his Co. Cool disruptive platform!
Thanks, that means a ton to me, glad you enjoyed!
@@therosspalmer Good stuff! Now let's see if Deniz's goal to mitigate "me-thing' production becomes a 'thane' with lab produced meats...
Wasn't this already achieved in 2006 with frequency?
Yup, they did it at university in Canada only to never be heard of it again.
@@go4bo764 not only canada but in the u.s pretty sure there was few people that was studying it. One guy said was studying stem cells for it and the other one was laser treatment. Both disappeared. But the laser one was on to something because you can use laser to kill a cavity. Its kind of interesting we lasers kill cavities but dentist still using drills. Is like what the fck
That cure was suppressed
This was amazing! It was very insightful
Hahahaha "the different vehicles..." clever on that Nikita
This is slick. I don't even care about cars, and I'm so into this.

I am considering buying this fascinating product! I am also looking at a product called NEURABLE? Can you tell me the difference in these products?
Hey there, I've actually interviewed Dr. Alcaide of Neurable and he's a good friend. Neurable is awesome. ruclips.net/video/iRoqxUGcp3M/видео.html
It is very nice! 1- First of all, you are a real scientist, since your professor said: " there is a project with a huge problem" and you said: " i will this projec". I am not an organic chemist, but one of my majors was analytical chemistry. And another one was medical biology. Almost every reaction occurs in biology. THUS 2- From my point of view: science is very easy if you know the way THUS 3- Bacteria produce huge amount of amonia in human gut (but with CO2). I DO NOT WANT TO SAY UREASE! Why can we not use an enzyme (PROTEIN) as catalysator? I am highly positive! From my point of view: there are no negative results with respect to scientific experiments. 4- Your aim is to save farm in the world. It is very highly ideal! My point is: the richest people in the world are responsible for wars, hunger , diseases . How do they allow you to save farm in the world? I am able to solve many disease, but all doors are close for me by pharmaceutical companies. I am convinced that every person is responsible to discover or solve problem (s) For example Mr. Edision invented many things. If he did not these inventions, nobody else could not at least for many decades. Or what yo did, If they do not let me to find the cause of autoimmune diseases, millions people will die in future. It takes again many decades that somebody else appear to perform.this mission. At last but not least: We must be both idealist and realist, otherwise there are big problems. One excellent example of idealist is Cheguveta. He wants peace and justice for whole world. But the richest people killed him. GOOD LUCK!
That man defined progressive /trance scene, its that simple. At least from a producer's perspective. Huge huge respect for Mr. May. I mean just listen what he did in Mandalay's Deep Love track. He brings all the emotion upfront while not becoming cheesy in any way.
100%
Mike Pappas is destroying call of duty
I love this fantastic project. You are extremely smart and deep thinker Suzanne. This will also help poor farmers to be more competitive and will break the exclusive rights of monster companies, besides saving the planet for environmental polution by chemical fertilizers. I hope that Monsanto and other big fertilizer pdoducers do not get on your way. For them it will simply be loss of business. I wish you good luck. Thanks to Ross too for this fantastic interview. ❤❤🙏🙏🌹🌹🙏🙏
Thanks for the thoughtful comments! ❤️
Oh man this is huge!! Much of the problems in agriculture around the world are fertilizers. This will also translate into economy!!! We have gold in this cap, thanks to both of you!!
Thanks sir!

The Major Studios all want that one super successful picture that makes them truck loads of $. MONEY. Beetlejuice Beetlejuice and Alien 2024. etc. That's Business. Hemmingway said that he would drive up to the studio gates and get handed a bag a cash then throw his books over the gate. That was as far as E.H concerns went . Take it and do whatever you want to with it was his attitude.
I was investigating who was involved in some of the motion pictures and the writers etc. that I love from my younger days. The wonderful Willie G. RIP.
Great stories! And yes, completely agree. He certainly had a rare talent, thanks for dropping a line!
Good point about farm animal deaths. A single cow yields hundreds of pounds of meat, but a single chicken yields 3. #eatmoresteak
George Butters (a man) is the one who engineered it, helped with the final design, and ended up physically creating it. Joel Houghton also created the first mechanical dishwasher in 1850, but never patented it, and she just stole the design pretty much. lol <--- Things that always get ignored
that is not true. She is the one who designed ( engineered ) it and George Butters was the one who built it. Whose design did she "steal"? Why do you find it hard to accept the fact that a woman can be intelligent and can have good ideas as well?
100% true. Anything you assume I am claiming on the matter of intelligence is coming from your feelings. I did not make such a claim. And the designs were stolen from what I already mentioned. 1850 designs, and more. She took the deigns gave it too George Butters, who re-did it, made it practical, and then she patented it. She was the daughter of a rich family. Women do the same stuff today as well, they use other people to create something, then because they have the financing or money they secure the patent. She did not design it, she did not build it, she did not engineer it. She OWNED it
On facebook I see a lot of people furious about it and they want to make lab grown meat illegal. I'm still on the fence about LGM, but it's absolutely insane to me that people want it to be illegal! They can't simply not eat it, they have to make sure nobody else does either! Maybe there's an element I'm not seeing, but to me this type of thinking is on par with a 10 year old kid who's had too much mountain dew and too little sleep.
If only they realized how much of their existence was already engineered... Thanks for commenting!
