Why would Trevor walk home the long way by Haddington Road? His shortest route was going down Baggot Street and Pembroke Rd. This route is shorter by 300 meters and far more direct as the crow flies. It was lashing rain, you’d go the quickest way.

The number of rapes he's been convicted for is most likely a very conservative number, just the tip of the iceberg. It's obvious something happened to her that morning the silver car seen on CCTV at 5.42am indicates me to think that person was waiting for her outside her house in his vehicle so he could take advantage of her and murder her and dump her body somewhere and that person has got away for more than 13 years and still likely being protected by someone who was involved in this crime of opportunity so the police need to solve this crime who was responsible for her abduction and murder.

He was must have been lured to someone's house/apartment for a drink or prostitute and was robbed and murdered.

A theory is that there was a group of scumbags who thought because Trevor worked in Bank of Ireland that they were trying to intimidate him for knowledge about cash etc even though Trevor worked in the IT department. These people are not too bright but totally ruthless. That prostitute was stabbed to death around the same time, Sinead Kelly (RIP), Its a thoery though

Hi John great video, I’ve actually been following the case for a few years as I have a work/mutual acquaintance related connection to Trevor himself. I personally think he was indeed murdered that night, either cuz he was one of what was then many young 20 something lads who took drugs and couldn’t pay off the people he bought them off. Or, the second theory is he uncovered something at work that he shouldn’t have and there was a conspiracy to have him bumped off. Either way I do believe the Alaska trip doubled up as an excuse for Trevor to flee dublin in the hopes that when he returns home, the people who were out to get him would give up and leave him alone or presume he wouldn’t return. There’s many questions that remained unanswered: why was the man waiting for over half an hour before moving from his position? Why were the two co workers standing outside with him while Trevor was inside? Why did they never bring it up with the Gardaí and how do they not have a good look at the guy to make a description? More importantly, why was that incriminating image of the two men with the man in black kept out of public viewing for over 15 years before being released by Donal Macintyre? Is there other bits important of cctv that have yet to be shown? To me, until the co workers are identified and provide an explanation as to why they were there or what they said to the man in black, they’re very much considered suspects.

Its debatable if it was the same guy that actually followed trevor looks like a different build and also a different jacket if you look at all the videos and it wasnt twenty seconds behind he was 30 seconds so we need to put the exact facts in these videos also you say trevor knew this guy at the gate if you look at the video beforehand trevor walks by him and says nothing to him and then he follows trevor around to the gate so i really dont think they knew each other
