      Scrambled eggs with a little bit of shredded cheese, banana, rolled oats made with milk topped with various berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries) and grapes (red, green, black). For variety I will change up the fruit, sometimes put almond or peanut butter on the banana, swap out plain greek yogurt with same fruits on top for the oatmeal. Occasionally I will also make batches of egg cups (quiche like egg situation with veggies but made in cupcake tin) and/or oat cups (similar idea but with oats) which are a big hit as well!     I would really love to get active and exercise but I find any exertion causes a lot of joint, nerve and abdominal pain. Still looking for answers after finding 3 stomach ulcers and a possible autoimmune disease. If i can find a treatment that works I really want to do rock climbing and swimming because I want to develop the skill and get better at it.

    I agree but stay away from YOGA. It is as much a spiritual practice as an exercise. Keep these two things separate in that you do not worship exercise. Worship God, and also do exercise. Two different things. Just my two cents.
