No disrespect but I don’t understand why folks don’t clean up the home/apartment prior to a video showing. Yikes. I would think that would be a turn off for potential buyers or renters.
I think that is my heel on my dress shoes. Some days I wear heels other days I wear flip flops depending what is going on that day. Did I have a closing and need to dress nice or casual because I am working on a property etc.

They didn't sell it yet. The listing agent took it off the market for some reason. Seller was asking $75,000. Would you like to see if we can arrange that?
Possibly the downspout extensions could be used to redirect the rainwater away from the house. I saw, in the front that they go into the bushes instead of away. I have to do that at my house, the cement block patio has settled towards the house, directing water to the house. I have extended the downspouts into the backyard and it solved any problem in a heavy rain.

I don’t understand some of these comments. I didn’t see a creepy neighborhood at all. Just smaller homes. I’ve seen much worse basements on these channels. This one doesn’t look creepy at all. Pretty clean. I see nothing creepy about this house. It’s been modernized. Actually, I’m really interested in the house next door. Just wondering what its story is.
They couldn't give me that house. Creepy house. Empty boarded up house next door. Bathroom and kitchen combo. Hun. Could you hand me a sandwich and a roll of toilet paper?
When filming, dont swing the camera around so much. Move slowly so the camera has time to fully focus and the viewer doesnt get motion sickness. We shouldn't have to adjust settings due to you being a lousy camera person. Remember, you want to sell this home so people need to be able to see it. Also, what state/city is this home in price? How do we contact you?
