We will miss you all! I Thank you for passing by our lives to appreciate more of your pure hearts and contagious smiles. Continue empowering your worth in this world. I wanted to hug you Chloe and Maria a while ago but I am hesitant because I don’t know if I could hug you or not. Good luck to all of you, your lives matters to all of us. Their teachers are so motivated to guide them thru the right path especially Alison. Alison is a great mentor. I observed her great passion in teaching the kids worth. She is so compassionate and doing her job with a heart. Come visit us again🫶🏼

Well I asked to be put totally to sleep anesthesiology had one that ur totally out and wake up faster than most times. I did it but never would without being totally sedated. I havd one artery 100 plus percent clogged closed and two other ones 50 and 60 percent clogged so now go back in a week to see what’s next. Said bypass is in the future just don’t know how long in future is the prob. It wasn’t to bad but like said totally out. Can not believe anyone could do that and be awake much less mildly sedated. Hope yours goes good for you. Wish u all the luck. Now next thing I do are biopsy’s for mouth and lungs.

Why is it that the exterior shots of hospitals look so generic? This could be my local hospital, but it's not. The best location clue is the ONA 55 T-shirt of the nurses bargaining unit for the Kitchen-Waterloo region in Ontario, Canada.

You can apply to Walgreens no experience is required as a pharmacy tech. they train you on the job and offer a certification course which they actually pay for the employees if they want and once you pass the test and are certified with the PTCB you get a raise.

This is a WONDERFUL WONDERFUL video!!!! One thing to remember. When you wake up with that tube in your mouth, that is inserted into your trachea, IT IS SO IMPORTANT to JUST RELAX! It does not hurt! I know from experience, as I've had these tubes in many many times. I require a ventilator long term, so now I have a trach. But Whenever I woke up on a ventilator, I was always relieved, because, it brought a rest from struggling to breathe. It gave my body a chance to get TRUE REST! When I woke up on the ventilator, I would always let it do all of the work. I never tried to fight the ventilator, or breathe over it's breaths. When I had that tube in, I was going to let it do ALL OF THE WORK!! When it was time to breathe on my own, I did breathe on Pressure Support, but always struggled. Now, have a trach, am on home mechanical ventilatory support, and I'm to be on the vent at all times. The vent breathes for me. That's what it's there for. So, when you're on the ventilator, your job is to RELAX!!!! Think of something PLEASANT! Get your mind off that fact that you have a tube in your throat. Think of something pleasant. Take your mind to a place where you feel comfortable. BECAUSE That tube is there to help you!! It's there to let your body rest, while you heal! If you start gagging, and fighting the ventilator, that's going to make your heart rate and blood pressure increase, and then they will have to give you more sedation then you should have. Sedatives can be good when necessary, but they can also have problems that come with being on continuous sedation. The beds in my hospital play classical music, and nature sounds. So that was what comforted me. Music is so wonderful for the body! It's healing effects on the body, physically, and mentally, are so profound! The tube will come out when they see that you're ready for it to be removed. Until then, take that time to REST!

I had a triple by-pass 6 months ago. I was (pleasantly) surprised when the nurse scrubbed me down in the shower before the surgery. The surgery was postponed so I had to be showered again next day. This time by a student nurse under the supervision of an older nurse. All were unfazed by scrubbing a naked older male. I didn't mind, but I do wonder if this is common or is it unique to the hospital where I was operated on?
