@@franciscoferreira-eh1yu sim, quem restringe a representacao das ondas em banda base sera o sample rate do SDR. O RTL tem 2 MHz, entao dá 0.5 us de periodo. Passando disso temos distorcoes tipo aliasing.

hi i want to ask can i detect wifi signal in form of numbers (e.g., 2.427 GHz, 2.457 GHz) using python script with bladerf sdr? if yes than please provide resources on this
I never used Blade RF. Maybe you can look at <github.com/Nuand/bladeRF>. Blade RF is way fancier than RTL, so there are not so many resources around. Another way to do it is by using GNU Radio Companion (which is easy), and exporting the program as a Python code (it runs on Linux, and Win creates a lot of trouble). Good luck
@marceloperotoni2504 thanks for reply, yeah there are less resources for bladerf. And for transmit purpose(tx) i used gnu radio companion but for receiving purpose (rx) i need exact value of frequency so is there any method to do that using gnu radio companion?
@@joshiharsh5846 If I understood correctly, create a variable freq=2.427 for instance, and associate it to the rx and tx blocks inside GNU Radio. Better yet, give it a small offset (let's say 100 KHz) on the RX so that it does not fall within the zero-IF leakage.
Is it possible to do realtime processing and sending to an audio sink? A lot of people i see using pyrtlsdr wrapper lose samples.
@WeirdscienceTV Indeed. Modern usb ports throughput is not an issue w/ RTL (can be with USRP's though), so it's likely Python is taking too long in the processing loop. Samples must be acquired and immediately stored (I like these numpy files - csv takes longer).

Dear Post Box importing from CST to FEKO I advise using SAT (ACIS) file. Port information is not transferred during import/export, you got to do it manually.
@@marceloperotoni2504 but I have problem with the port bcz when I imported antenna in feko , the ground and the patch are rectangular 3D (Cuboid) instead 2D rectangle , can you please help me how to create port in this case in feko and can I use waveguide port in feko with antenna?
Dear @@sciencelearning2326 FEKO ports are different than those from CST, take a look at some of my videos showing how to create them. In case these objects are 3D it won't matter that much for MoM's FEKO, only the external part will be meshed. By touching the port structure into the 3D parts contacts are ensured, besides the fact FEKO requires the user to manually ADD all objects who are in contact with one another. It will work don't worry.

Naveen the length sizes do not change that much due to the feeding. You can keep the same patch size for both feeding methods.

Caro professor, não sei se conhece mas existe um pequeno equipamento chamado NanoVna (Medidas em S11 e S21) com uma interessante relação custo/benefício(U$30 - 50) para o aprendizado. Cobre de 50KHz a 900MHz com outra versão indo um pouco além de 3GHz.

Micro-ondas é muito legal...
This assumes a square patch as well as the size depending on epsilon relative not epsilon effective which is what L_effective or "size" depends on. Still a great video that shows how to place corners.
