hi there. question. I have a bunch of existing notes. How can I convert the existing notes into your system? I can't seem to find a way to turn my existing note into your notes template? Best case I can do is cut and paste contents into your notes template. I also do not want t a link from your notes template to my existing page.

Thank you for this template, it is very beautiful and informative! But, unfortunately, it is inconvenient. The names of habits are too long - they should be placed not in a column, but in a row. And the dates look shorter and fit easily into the column. Even in your video you have to move the table boundaries. Whereas the names of your habits are formulated incorrectly. To make it easier for the brain, it’s better to formulate even habits more clearly: - Meditation - 5 minutes - Sports - 40 minutes - Reading the book "Gone with the Wind" - from 40 minutes. - Go to bed before 11 p.m. Otherwise everything is very beautiful! This is the only thing stopping me from using your template.

Hi..I am a Neurologist and want to arrange my reading..as notes according to the topic, eg epilepsy, stroke etc. Your Notion tnotes template seems just the thing to help me organize. But you go over it so fast, it is difficult. Is there any workshop or something I can also attend?

Something has changed I think. Using the advanced option of the table showing timed work related to that task in the table in the callout shows all the tasks, not just the ones related to that particular task. (Unless I'm misunderstanding how this is suppose to work) Also, clicking the timer for a 2nd block of work doesn't change the timer status to 'running', but remains 'stopped'. The formula that calculates the minutes between the start and end has changed as well since this video, I think, or I've got it wrong. The formula that worked without throwing an error is: dateBetween(prop("End"), prop("Start"), "minutes"). Am I just getting something wrong?

is there a way to track how much time a tab was in progress even if it went thru other status in between , just know the overall time the progress was active

Having trouble at the end to group by parent project. I can't seem to be able to choose to group from a formula 'timer task project'.

I'm using this formula to convert 'mins' to hrs/mins: format(dateBetween(prop("End"),prop("Start"), "hours")) + "h" + format(dateBetween(prop("End"),prop("Start"),"minutes")%60) + "min" . My issue now is that I can't get a total of the hrs/mins for each day/week/month. Because it's a formula property I can only get a count all but not total. Does anyone knows a workaround for this?

Status management is pure hell in notion. Clickup is a better option if you got custom status to track down on kanban,

Does anyone have a good (and updated) tutorial on how to add a new column to the board? As in, more than just "To-do", "In progress" and "Complete". (Which should be really f****ing basic) Removing this feature, that was very easy a few years ago, is like removing the ability to change adjust your seat in the car after a midget have used it before you. Worst user experience I've ever faced.

The Formula has changed. It's now- equal(status, "Done"). Just directly select the property instead of writing prop.

actually if you want to create multiple statuses you have to open a task and manually delete the status property which removes it from the whole board. this will now allow you to add new groups to your board. so add new groups and name them because what happens is those new groups you just created and named will now become the new statuses for your board when you drag your tasks in between the groups/columns.

7:33 you can do alt + click on the checkbox to get all the option to manually select "in progress"

With Notion Calendar only supporting a single date property in databases, I'd love for a solution like this that only worked with one date property.
