3 years ago I decided to have an ultra sound to determine why I suffered such debilitating menstrual cramps, my gyn only found a very small ovarian cyst and sent me on my way with some Advil. a year later I started having chronic urinary type infections and on the 3rd visit was told I had a huge fibroid or cyst. If you have this the best advice I can give ( I am a long term sufferer) try... Washing it twice a day with cold to luke warm water once in morning and once at night after washing thoroughly with skin friendly soap and then dry with tissue by dapping it... no wiping it (as it can spread) then apply organic coconut cream massage it in...this will completely and unfortunately temporary keep your skin looking healthy for at least 2-3 days but ideally do it everyday. Good luck I have suffered with it on the face for over 11 years I know more than most people and doctors as I have tried everything the doctor gave me nothing was as effective as to what I mentioned...take it from a long term sufferer, doctors can't help with this, you are better of taking your own independent route this is what I learnt over the years. Steroid cream is the worst along with the moisturising creams prescribed...nothing beats organic coconut cream in my opinion. I hope this helps.
