I wish TSSF was still at this stage in their career. So much of the fun seems to have left for them, parkers voice is so strained from all the years of touring, and he kinda seems over it. I've been seeing them live since their first EP with Snyder street and I just miss the energy they used to have. I still love their new music just as much, but man I'd killl for a small venue floor show or an acoustic set

Doesn't matter who had what name first or anything. Its a race to gain the rights to the name and generally.... whoever snatches up fame is usually the first to copyright their name. Last time I checked, the US TSSF is far more along than the UK TSSF
