Technics SA-GX710
I'm very excited to present my newest addition, the Technics SA-GX710!
These models are quite hard to come by and I'm so happy to finally find one! I didn't expect it to be so big, it's twice the size of my SU-G91 and SU-G70 and almost twice as heavy lol.
I absolutely love the sound of this receiver. It has that classic Technics sound but alot more refined compared to the rack system receivers. As much as I love those, this receiver just has such amazing bass, treble, and midrange. The more refined sound has really brought my speakers to life.
So far I've tested with my Polk RTI A7s and my JVC SK-202s. I didn't think I could ever get the JVCs to sound so good! And the Polks have always be...

Technics SU-G70 & ADC EQ

Well recently my SU-G91's left channel output unfortunately died. Until I'm able to get it fixed, I picked up this SU-G70 with an ADC Sound Shaper SS-2 MK1. They sound great together. Using it to power a pair of Polf RT-55s as well as a pair of RTI-A7s (which are the pair heard in this video)

My latest receiver find. Paired with a Sansui SE-3000 and Polk RT-55. While I loved the SA-DX940, this Onkyo definitely gives the Polks the punch and midrange they needed. They really shine with this amp, giving them lots of juice. The SA-DX940 will most likely be placed in a smaller stereo setup I have going in a corner of my Home Theater room. Jesus christ. I'm so glad I rediscovered this. I barely remember it, but I grew up with this exact dub. And yeah, lmfao, now that you mention it in the desc, the audio was loud af. Especially in the intro on my old box tv. I actually completely forgot about the ending. And now, looking back on it, and reflecting on my life, I feel an overwhelming feeling of melancholy. I'm an adult now, and a lost part of my semi-decent childhood was found.
