Whatever makes you think that rights are so hard to be defined or claimed? What is in the Constitution is most definitely our right, and what is not in there is also our implicit right. The only things that are NOT our rights are explicitly written in our Constitution as not being our rights.....eg., we are NOT allowed to ALLOW ROGUE GOVERNMENT, and must correct that immediately. ROGUE GOVERNMENT is what we are under bondage to at present, and ever since Queen Victoria died. We have a RIGHT to having a Monarch, chosen by being the British Crown, and installed here by the agreement of a referendum, and correctly Titled and Styled, and ALIVE...to boot, and the Monarch's choice of Governor General, not the Prime Minister's choice. We have not had one of those since Queen Victoria died on the 22nd of January 1901, just days after Federation. Without a Monarch, parliament cannot make laws...any parliament, State or Federal. Sooooo, our system of laws we are compelled to obey are only those that were in place at Federation +22 days over Christmas, whilst we still had a Queen. So you do not need to worry about our rights...we still have them all....all the Judeau Christian rights are still ours including Common Law and it's judiciary. Not the Bar, Not the Admiralty Maritime fake law system, and not dickhead politicians who act as if they are the Monarch ruling and reigning over us, Not the Electoral Office, and not the fake pretend corporatized government that operates outside of original Constitutional Law.
