Here’s a simple recipe for homemade broccoli pasta:
Ingredients:
200 g pasta (penne, fusilli, or your choice)
1 medium broccoli, cut into small florets
2 tbsp olive oil
3-4 garlic cloves, minced
1 small onion, finely chopped (optional)
1/2 cup cream or milk (optional, for creamy pasta)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (or any cheese available)
1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
1 tsp mixed Italian herbs (oregano, thyme, basil)
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp pasta water (reserved from boiling pasta)
