Born in Woonsocket. Dynamite to a northern Rhode Islander is akin to Fried Bologna sandwiches in the deep south. For me, a dynamite, kosher pickle, and kettle cooked chips is like manna from heaven. The only thing I do differently is that I let that ground beef, onions, peppers and celery slowly simmer in crushed tomatoes and a bit of water. I don't pre brown the meat. That's how my Memere made it.

For some reason, YT didn’t notify me this was out. So got looking at the calendar and wondered what’s cooking. Glad I didn’t miss this. I could easily do this with turkey burger and minus the wine. I wonder what the secret is to getting it not crunchy. Good job Jake.
