A bit of a rushed, sped up video? A longer time panning over the house would have done it more justice. I kept pausing the vid every few seconds to get the detail. Some rooms, downstairs at the back of the house were skipped. Why EPC B? (it has lots of open spaces inside and lots of glass). Also, why partition the living room to leave a smaller, TV area and small area near the sliding doors when the kitchen and dining room are open plan?

Funny that,I know someone with a property for sale in Richmond. The agent to told him to rent it out as it won't sell. My opinion,we are heading for financial Armageddon by the end of the year.

How many days it would take from start to finish with all cash deal
A cash deal can be done in any time from two weeks to 6 months it depends on the buyer and what they want and the workload of the solicitor. If you are a cash buyer you can decide to opt out of lots of legal work that is recommended to be done but if you decide not to wait for local authority searches which can take 3 to 4 weeks to come back or buying investigations then the process can be done a lot quicker. We recently had a seller/buyer transaction which was a cash purchase on a empty house and the whole deal was done from start to finish in 43 days. I would strongly suggest you take legal advice before buying without the relevant information as it may affect your ability to sell the property onwards, if you miss something that may later on alter the status of the property and that may deter a future buyer.
