I work with individuals living with various forms of dementia, and I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for sharing this. I currently care for a gentleman with severe Alzheimer's who struggles with profound anxiety and depression. He often becomes easily distressed, and bedtime can be particularly challenging. This evening, after helping him settle into bed, I decided to play this track and sat quietly by his side. Usually, he gets up shortly after I leave, but tonight was different. Within just a couple of minutes, he drifted off into a deep, peaceful sleep. Now, as I sit here listening to this beautiful music, accompanied by the soothing sound of his calm breathing, I feel an immense sense of peace. Thank you for creating this moment-for him and for me.

6 weeks ago my father passed away, he was only 54, he got cancer and I remember being in the hospital with him and he showed me these songs saying they always helped him sleep while he was there and they gave him so much peace, I listen to it now every night before bed and think about him, it makes me sad but at peace at the same time, thank you for making this
