Sounds awesome, Ive been thinking about visiting Thailand sometime. I have done a lot of research but also have questions. Can you get chickpeas and quinoa there? Just curious. The herbs, seaweed, mushrooms, mangoes, and coconuts all look great over there

@DougDennis Yes you can get Quinoa but it is about 4 to 5 dollars a pound chick peas most big stores have them plenty of sesame seeds and very easy to grow years ago I threw some seeds in the yard and had a whole bush of them plenty of excellent fruit when I first visited here 25 years ago you never saw avocados now most farmers markets and grocery stores have them I only eat the small bananas they are the best even burro bananas I always look for them they can be found I had some a few days ago Thai people like the Nam wa bananas and they do cook them and eat them raw also.In Chiang Mai there are some natural food stores that carry a lot of supplies and a lot of Vegan restaurants.

No, I dont use chemicals. I dont use sparkling water anymore either. It doesnt really rise much, I care more about my digestion and cell health than I do about fluffy bread. Its a trade off.

@@khumo4321 for stuff like that I would get it on the internet, or a farmers market. Whole foods, wegmans, meijer, might have something but i doubt Celtic sea salt… look for options not wrapped in plastic whenever possible and organic whenever possible. Wild is better if you order from someone
