    Volie allows you to stay in continuous activity, there's no stop-and-start. With Volie it loads every call for you, it is simply click and speak. There is no wasted time searching for the next lead or finding their number, it is all preloaded. The call notes are easily accessible for agents, which allows any agent to pick up and assist the customer with the knowledge needed to encompass them with full confidence. Once you have used Volie, you will find it hard to go back to the outdated way of "smile and dial". Excellent tool. I can not say enough good things about it.

    We don’t have a bdc, but my salespeople are calling new leads twice (back-to-back) and 27% answer the second call. They are only leaving VM if customer doesn’t answer the second time.

      That's great that you have visibility into your numbers so you know what is and isn't working. Have you thought about a BDC for your store before?

    Do you know if more calls were returned If the VM was followed by a text?

      We see that customers respond to texts a lot, but I don't have that specific stat. That is a good one to look into for our next update to these stats!
