2 cups frozen corn
Butter 2 tbsp.
Salt as per taste
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp.
Cheesy corn:
1 cup frozen corn
2-3 tbsp. grated cheese
1/2 tsp. chili flakes
1/4 tsp. oregano
Process:
For butter corn, boil 2 cups of frozen corn (fresh corn also can be used). Put it in a karai and 1 cup of water and 1/2 tsp. salt. Cover and cook until corn is soft (on low-medium heat; 6-7 minutes).
