I got a base on some oil nodes, and some other clan members made one at a crystal spawn.

Butchering doesnt work for dog coins.

You don’t get dog coins from butchering mimogs only from catching them in the wild and chests

After more testing it isn't giving me as much as Id hoped so not sure its working. Sometimes I'm getting almost 40 coins, usually getting about 29. Either way they don't seem to stack, even with 5 in my party. Another commenter had a better idea though. 3Xero3 commented on this post and said to capture them then butcher them which is a MUCH better idea. I always forget about butchering.

Hmm, that's one way to put it. Another is that I, like most people who are complaining about the state of the game, are HUGE fans and love the game, and only want to see it do better. Maybe I'm someone who cares enough to take time out of my day to give my opinion, give fair criticism, offer helpful ideas, and yes, give my personal perspective as a 10 year veteran. I also provide more direct help to the community by acting as a Sherpa for endgame content for players that may not normally get to participate in it, offer build videos, and generally love to engage with the community we have built over a decade. Your comment isn't clever, it just comes off as bitter, desperate for attention, oddly jealous, and exposes that, while I'm sure you would argue otherwise, what I said struck a nerve with you. If it hadn't, you wouldn't waste your time commenting. We all love the game, and we love this community. If we want to keep it that way, please be a better ambassador.

The dungeon is pretty damn cool and I am definitely loving all the puzzles and secrets!

Dungeon is great, but it's paid separately from the season. So if bungie doesn't want to include season, the dungeon can't upgrade the season.

Maybe, but there are a lot of lost sectors that don't get used much at all. Either way its an idea, and Bungie seems to be in dire need of those.

Or make the different campaigns optional downloads, like the old school halo maps. Or just cut out all the filler from those campaigns, or both.

Everyone understands that, it’s just there’s barley anything in act 1 so doesn’t exactly give anyone high hopes for the other 2 acts, I don’t get how bungie enablers done understand this!

@@alexwilliamson9562 it’s 10-15 dollars. Relax. You get more content here than bag of chips or pack of ciggerattes. You get more than you paid for, however it’s not new stuff all the time or rarely, recycled mostly. I agree with that! But saying you don’t ever get your moneys work it’s a joke. I love d1 & d2, that’s doesn’t mean I love the game right now but to many people complain after they got what they wanted, most people said hey don’t time gate content in acts or beginning of season they stopped and people beat everything in and hour and lost there minds, “where the content” Jesus.

Is there more story this act or just the opening stuff? I've been doing the tasks but no story is happening..

The issue isnt that we got it all at once, theres no winning that argument because people are split on releasing all at once or drip feeding. The issue people are upset about, is that they realize how little content there really is in this act. On top of very little content, they dont give us the new activity till NEXT act, and even the Halloween event isnt until the 29th.

This season seems like the perfect time to take a break tbh, not much of anything being missed if you don’t play it

though i will agree that the awkwardness of the quest steps is really bad, but ill give it a pass for just this season since it was a (relatively) last minute decision to remove the filler and deliver the content per-act

If you have speleologist , make a deconstruct and surrounded roll. Brigs count as vehicles so you basically have two 1.4x damage perks and it melts them quickly

Thanks. I completely get that making totally new content takes time, but I really think that Bungie can utilize what they have better.

In my defense, both companies have had a very shaky few years, both start with B, both have games I play regularly, and both seem to have a new controversy every third Tuesday.

True, they did say at least one more, That being said, I've seen Bethesda go back on promises before, especially with Fallout 76. Now WILL they go back on this one, probably not. Is it out of the realm of possibility? No, not at all.

You out dps your hunter friends cause they're bad. Before the nerf still hunt hunter was king of dps with no one else coming close

That good to know. But will people be ok with Titans using it in raids against bosses is the question.

It's the best raid super titans have. It does solid damage, ranged, 1 and done. ​@@wehavelandedentertainment

@@wehavelandedentertainment ive had no problems. you can get great dps out of still hunt and recontruction rocket rotation. it may not outshine the best hunters but if a class is 90% as good as hunter its still usable. you dont need to be bleeding edge meta unless you are competing.

@@sephiroth13832 ran through on Legend with all three and had 0 issue with Titan. I'm not even a Titan main.

Let me ask you this, and its a genuine question. Are you playing Titan by leaning into its melee and defensive abilities, I.E. playing to the Titans strengths, or trying to play it like you would a Hunter or Warlock? I genuinely want to understand others perspectives on this.

@@wehavelandedentertainment Like a Titan. The frost armor is useless with the shard cool down, there goes stasis. Side note, my old build was amazing but the shard cool down killed it. Woven mail lowered time makes it hard to keep up, and for pure strand I've got a god roll sword that works amazing with it. Arc requires you to get melee kills, and if you die before getting close, oh well. Not to mention if your allies.shoot everything first. Solar damn near requires sunspots, which aren't on prismatic so oh well. And void doesn't gives you almost nothing to get an over shield.

Point 2, I'm a better titan in my hunter Thanks to combination blow and the dodge that refunds melee, I am doing more damage and surviving better on my hunter, than my titan. Doing the same thing no less. Point 3, if a hunter with thrown together around can out perform my titan who has a god roll class item(syntheceps and powered melee and finisher causes explosion) how are titans NOT bad? Point 4 you are right however that titans need more diversity, but just giving them new supers won't work. Arc, melee. Void, defender. Solar, melee. Stasis, shatter crystals that don't give much because of the shard cool down. Strand, melee. 3/5 of those are just melee. And stasis is also semi melee too. Why is it that every subclass we have to melee things? And we're not even the best at it? That's worse. Point 5, and more of a personal point, the erf to Titan stasis. "But stasis got a buff" not really. It's a rework so it can synergize with prismatic. "But the shatter buff". Only to frozen enemies, and for a Titan, you have to use melee slide aspect or hit the grenade right at their feet. "But how is it a nerf for titans?" Because the shard cool down. My build was using the exotic for 2 grenades and the slide melee to make crystals, break them, and pick up shards. Picking up the shards gave melee and grenade energy, but now because of the cool down, my entire build is shut down. I'm just throwing grenades and using melee occasionally. There's no build, just abilities.

I disagree. Hunters and Warlocks can do SOME things a Titan can do, and sometimes better, take Hunter melee combos for example. However neither Warlocks nor Hunters have the defensive capabilities that Titans do. Titans have some of the BEST crowd control with Strand and Prismatic. With Void, Titans are a defensive powerhouse, with the most varied list of supers in that category that I've ever seen, and banner Shield is a beast, offering defense, offense, and increasing team attacks. If Titans had a ranged super along the lines of power as Nova Bomb or Golden gun, I guarantee that would improve their usage 10 fold. Keep in mind this is only for the raids, in Grand Masters Titans are king. You can toss on just the Stronghold and a Sword and tank normally impossible to survive damage (except the moths in Light Blade, those still one shot even through Strongholds). In dungeons, the campaign, and regular strikes, Titans perform just fine. I cant speak to pvp too much as that's not my wheelhouse though. The classes also play like traditional MMO characters, with Titans being tanky melee beasts, Warlocks being healers/support, and Hunters being DPS kings, and their playstyles reflect that. The issue is that D2 isn't a traditional MMO, so while the characters perform LIKE MMO classes, the content isn't structured that way. Just my thoughts.

@@wehavelandedentertainment if you want cc use a strand, stasis or solar warlock for hunter you can use void, arc or strand. if you want to be tanky use solar warlock or strand hunter. void titans is basically unusable right now. the bubble is always getting nerfed because pvp a basic orge can pop a bubble nearly instantly and the sentinel shield takes you out of the fight so no one wants to use it. the only good super void titan has is the new one because it apples a debuff.

@@d2titansareweak You CAN use those classes yes but they don't do BETTER than the Titan. Titan has the best Strand super for CC hands down (Hunters is good but must be used at close range which hurts it in GM, Titans has range), and combined with Banner of War makes the Titan the strand GM king, no contest. Warlock has the Stasis CC title thanks to Bleak Watcher, but isn't nearly as tanky in GMs. Solar and Arc have cc yes, but they aren't nearly as effective as Stasis or Strand. In fact Arcs blind can be easily accomplished with any grenade launcher with Disorienting Grenades, and requires much less setup. For tankiness, Warlocks and Hunters aren't even close to Titans, and Titans aren't reliant on their bubble either. Yes Hunter can get Woven mail easily but so can Titan, and with access to things such as Banner of War, Unbreakable, Strongholds, Offensive Bulwurk, Bastian, and Loreley Splendor, Titans have the defensive edge easily. Yes, Hunters and Warlocks CAN use defensive builds, but they literally aren't half as good as Titans. Take a Hunter, Titan, or Warlock into a GM, stand in front of the final boss with your best defensive build, and lets see who can tank it. Spoiler alert, only the Titan can with Strongholds, and that's just an exotic. Combine the rest of its kit, and its game over. Ill also admit that Sentinel Shield takes you out of the fight and many people don't want to use it, but that's pretty short sighted on their part. The damage boost, while not 100% making up for the Titan damage loss, is still pretty good, and the defensive bonus form it is amazing. It used to be used all the time, but people started relying on Well of Radiance over any other support ability. I've already seen a resurgence of Banner Shield since Well got nerfed.
