related to fetchXML for accounts in 3:55, you said that either doesn't have activity or that has activities that were created not in the last 30 days. I think the correct is to say that fetching accounts that doesn't has activity and were created in the last 30 days, right?
If you listen to what I’m saying saying starting at 00:17 this view will show a list of accounts that have NOT have any activities logged against them for the past 30 days. If there are no activities related to an account, or if there are activities that were created more than 30 days ago, those accounts will show up in the view.

Yep it can! Here is the powerfx code I used: ForAll(Self.Selected.AllItems,Patch(Orders,ThisRecord, {HoldButton: "Remove Hold" & Rand()});Notify("Hold in progress",NotificationType.Success,4000)) Just make sure you make the buttons visible if multiple items are selected!

For anyone wondering: I had to go into the component library and construct the button there. Now it works 👍

Thank you Dian for the details shown in the video. I have a query, while moving to classic view, I am not able to locate 'cases' in the list. While comparing your screen view with mine, I do not see option of 'cases' appearing in the list to select and go further. Any tips how to check and locate?

I believe this is not supported for other tables at this time.

I do see in your video that you can toggle the Enabled column on the topics on and off. In both my environments they are grayed out and I have the message that "This agent is part of a managed solution. You can add new topics, but you can't modify existing topics (unless it's allowed by the publisher)." What could be the difference?
@@jeffryvu I just logged in to Copilot Studio again, and noticed that the 'Enabled' column for all the system topics are now grayed out for me as well! I guess they made an update!

Hi Dian, this was very helpful! The original fasttrack demo was a bit outdated and things change pretty quickly! Do you know if it's possible to remove or hide some out of the box sparks?
I know that video is quite old, but maybe you will look up here. How did you make him to provide links to the records? I am trying for quite a long time, and Copilot just does not provide links at all even if asked. Is there any additional option which should be swtiched on?
Everything I did to set this up is in the video I didn’t do anything extra to get the links, it did it automatically. If this isn’t happening for you, you might want to play around with the instructions in the prompt and tell it to include the link to the case.
Would this be able to be applied to other uses, like bpf stage duration tracking or is this only applicable to the case itself?

@D365Goddess After enabling the new experience, after clicking 'Qualify', the new window on the right pops up, but it is blank and contains only 'Qualify lead' which does not work. Do you have any insight into solving that? The old experience worked fine for us.

Hi! Quick question how would you relate these tables? Will it be *Many to *Many between Opportunity and Sales Stage History?
There are two relationships, from oppty to sales stage history: one to many and many to one. These relationships are represented by the lookup columns as shown in the video: one lookup (to opportunity) is on the sales stage table to and one lookup to the sales stage history is on the opportunity.
But if the form automatically saved they flow will run again
The flow will run when the data in the hidden column is saved to dataverse, and that’s after the button is clicked. If there would be an auto-save the flow wouldn’t run again because the value in the hidden column hasn’t changed, unless the button is clicked again.

Why not directly update status reason? Why do you need the flow if its just updating a different field on the same table?
The main purpose of the video was to demonstrate how you can use a custom button to trigger a power automate flow. This example happens to be changing the status of a record because someone requested that, but it could be anything a flow can do. Usually keeping it simple gets the point across.

@@D365Goddess so looks like if the user is added to an offline profile, they cannot see the new UX. For some reason, when I spun-up the trial, it added me to the offline profile, and it seemed a bit strange untill I saw it mentioned in the limitations section. I had to remove myself from the offline profile, and it worked

Hi - how/when can we get access to this? I can see the copilot enablement toggle on our environment, and this allows me to see the sitemap item for Summary Configurations, but it does not auto create the work order or booking records like your demo shows? There is also no 'New+' button to create them? Does it require a Flow or something to be enabled or downloaded from a patch update to allow this all to work as shown? Thanks 🙏
I assume you’re talking about the configuration records for bookings and work orders when you say it doesn’t auto create them? They should be there by default. If this is not the case I would suggest entering a ticket with Microsoft.

Hi @D365 Goddess I also tried the Same and it worked for me with different scenario, My observation is when we ask the same Question in Different manner the Output Format may Vary. To Overcome on this, Is there any way that we can make Our Question visible by default on Copilot Pane to avoid the response inconsistency. So that User will hit the default question to get Generic Output. Thank you
Hi @@ganeshkakde6880, if you need a specific response to a question I would configure a topic instead. When using AI, you can’t hard code the response to a question, which you CAN do when configuring a topic.

@@BharathKumarK-j5hThe issue was that the tables weren’t indexed so they did something in the backend to index everything. Also make sure you have dataverse search enabled.
