      @@D365Goddess so looks like if the user is added to an offline profile, they cannot see the new UX. For some reason, when I spun-up the trial, it added me to the offline profile, and it seemed a bit strange untill I saw it mentioned in the limitations section. I had to remove myself from the offline profile, and it worked

    Hi - how/when can we get access to this? I can see the copilot enablement toggle on our environment, and this allows me to see the sitemap item for Summary Configurations, but it does not auto create the work order or booking records like your demo shows? There is also no 'New+' button to create them? Does it require a Flow or something to be enabled or downloaded from a patch update to allow this all to work as shown? Thanks 🙏

      I assume you’re talking about the configuration records for bookings and work orders when you say it doesn’t auto create them? They should be there by default. If this is not the case I would suggest entering a ticket with Microsoft.

    Hi @D365 Goddess I also tried the Same and it worked for me with different scenario, My observation is when we ask the same Question in Different manner the Output Format may Vary. To Overcome on this, Is there any way that we can make Our Question visible by default on Copilot Pane to avoid the response inconsistency. So that User will hit the default question to get Generic Output. Thank you

      Hi @@ganeshkakde6880, if you need a specific response to a question I would configure a topic instead. When using AI, you can’t hard code the response to a question, which you CAN do when configuring a topic.

      @@BharathKumarK-j5hThe issue was that the tables weren’t indexed so they did something in the backend to index everything. Also make sure you have dataverse search enabled.

I have a query that if we have multiple sla items then how we'll create a single flow that will trigger a mail whenever sla is near non compliance for all sla items irrespective of the priority.       You need a license for D365 and M365 copilot. If you have the licenses but are having these issues I would create a support ticket with Microsoft

      @@D365Goddess For Sales Stage History (I'm assuming it's a view), I tested with other Opportunities and it shows all my Opportunities in the view instead of the one I'm currently on. For example, your opportunity name is "Test Oppty" and ideally I would like the 'Sales Stage History' tab to only show and track "Test Oppty" and not my other Opportunities in that view. Does that make sense? Sorry

      In order to only show those sales history records related to the opportunity you’re in, you should add a grid that only shows related sales history records when you add it to the opportunity form.

    Do you need to have a quickview form to use the control component? I saw you gave the app access to the main quickview form. I thought it would be the main form. I'm looking to essentially have a quickview with edit rights but I don't want to have a quick view anda component control cause it's redundant. I just need to be able to pull up a contact in a lookup field and have it display the intended fields with edit capabilities. Thank you!

      The form component control only uses main forms, NOT quick view forms 😊Any fields you don’t want people to edit you can configure this on the form by making them read only.

      Yes. If you use a different form for the component co from then you can make the field read only on they form, while not read only on the other form.

    Hello, I have a similar issue. As can be ssen in your video, once you click on find availability, Alan Steiner disappears from the board. This also happens in my case. Why could that be?

      It could be a lot of different reasons. What is Alan’s location? Where is the location of the work order? What is the distance the applications checks when running the scheduling assistant? If the distance is more than the distance between Alan’s location and the work order location he will not show up as a resource.

      You'll need to create an agent experience profile (Workspaces > Agent experience profile) where you can configure the productivity pane which is where amongst other things, smart assist lives. Please take a look at this article on how to do this: learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-service/administer/create-agent-experience-profile#assign-users-templates-configure-productivity-pane-channels However, with all the new functionality of Copilot inside of the app, I don't think you'll need smart assist anymore.       We can actually create polymorphic fields today, the easiest way is to do this by using the Polymorphic Lookup Manager in the XRM toolbox 😊

    Tried setting the email option on a custom entity but it didn’t appear on the related list, is this only OOB entities do you know?

    Would I be able to use this for an opportunity that requires three different approval outcomes? if I have three different types of approval requests would I need to use a switch case option or should I opt to do one flow per type of approval?

      Hi Erica, yes you can configure different types of approvals in power automate. I haven’t done this myself, but I’m sure there are some videos out there showing this.

    Great video! Thank you for sharing, a question here, is there a way to read the context variables inside the copilot ? , I mean I need to pass variables from the hosting website (custom website not powerpages) to copilot.

      Hello, thanks for your support, I managed to play with a custom context variables to be passed from the hosting portal to the chatbot and to be successfully read by copilot, the key for the answer is by using ask a question component. Your video was one of the reasons that led me to the solution. Keep going.
