My wife and I spent our honeymoon there in 2002. We are considering going back next year and our big question is if the named suites are still there. We didn't have much money when we got married, but a partner on the murder mystery weekend had, was in the Vanderbilt Suite, and we were enamored when we saw it. I'm now hopeful that is still there. When was your cruise? For the last 2 weeks, covid testing has only been required for people who are not fully vaccinated. All suites on VV have a balcony; there is no need to say "suite with a balcony." What would have been helpful is to identify the type of suit you were in. Yes, we can look it up since you gave the room number. Do you know how full your cruise was? Was the pizza place not open for embarkation lunch? It usually is.

Recommend background music change. Mackinac is so relaxing. The music just didn’t mesh.
