Milwaukee compact inverter run test.
I test how long the Milwaukee compact inverter will run a fan, TV and wifi. How fast it will charge my phone. Then a max watts test.
Spoiler- it has super fast charging for your phone.

I have my router hooked up to my UPS for the same reason.
@@alexdrockhound9497 smart!
@@projectponderer its saved me a few times. Ill always try to have a UPS on my network equipment from now on
@alexdrockhound9497 yes. After a storm we had no cell signal. No power. Needed to check on my family in multiple places. Hooked power to the router and bam I could get in touch with them.
I love those kill a watts, so handy for testing all sorts of things.
These seem interesting. Saw one yesterday at the store.
@alexdrockhound9497 thanks for the comment! Yes, when I first bought mine I went around testing everything! 😆
Awesome job, I really like it. Im going to go with a lift, that way if I move I can take it with me.

What tool did you use to grab the wire through?
amzn.to/3zTeBYU it's a hook extractor. Comes in handy.
And as a plus you can hook it up to a tire pump for extra fast fueling 🥴
You know someone will. 😅
Question is there a plastic alternative? Steel could touch something electrical and cause an issue.
@davidambriz9624 always possible. Iv seen steel with rubber coating at Napa.
You really shouldn't run any risk using steel
@@adamcarufel8895 plastic cap and tape around the metal. Good to go.
That wire trick was more valuable than the damn valve😂 Thanks for that
@HapaHeritage thanks! My wife will be mad when her plugin doesn't work anymore. 😆

@timburns9909 thank you!

Can the light on the H8 or jumbo fit on the H7? I see no reason it can't. What do you think?
@bigguy1403 it looks like they mount the same. Just one bolt through the mount. They are both 48v batteries. I assume it is converted to around 12v to the light. I see no reason why it wouldn't. Thanks for the question.
@projectponderer that's what I'm thinking too...thank you

Little late to help. But next time try using a high pressure power washer in the sand stone. You need a trash pump to pull the water and sand out . Its messy but less labor intensive.
@brianweber2941 that's a good idea. If I have another similar project I'll try that. Thanks
For 2k I would think they would provide a fender for the front wheel that didn’t look like garbage
@Hiser23 I think it looks fine myself. But everyone has their own style
@@projectponderer from the video of assembly it looked warped. Maybe it was just the camera angle I guess
@Hiser23 it's just plastic so not real strong. Without the 2 wires on the bottom as support I could see it twisting. Out of the box the fender was on its side and had a slight twist from packaging. But the supports straightened it out.
The battery is hard to remove with the fender on, I would leave it off if you're not planing to ride in the rain.
@WCoast_ That's true it is. I don't take the battery out. I charge both batteries while they are on the bike.
I’m wanting to get one!
You can try mine out and see how you like it.
That thang wild
It is! Lots of fun. It has motivated me to get back out and ride.
The pit looks great mate, top job 👍. Im doing one now thats pretty much same dimensions as yours, 110cm wall to wall by 6m long. Im gonna have 2" angle on top and cast into the walls to slide a beam jack/place floor boards, bolting them to the side as you suggest I think might get in your way some and strength might be an issue without a wall under it. Re jacks Ill probably be making one that has a sliding trolley to have better access to hubs and suspension etc Heres a commercial one with a price to match:- ruclips.net/video/yMg9pzoGX00/видео.html Or home brew, im thinking something in between:- ruclips.net/video/gacrzkgd_3I/видео.html Only limit is the imagination eh. I don't really get the whole lift vs pit thing, all of them have pros and cons for different work and are site dependent. Keep on truckin, Cheers D
Thank you! I definitely agree. I look forward to seeing it.
Don't mount on steel. Don't mess with the 20 MM crankshaft. It likes a 7 inch pulley and throttled down. A 3/8 aluminum plate and 3/8 bolts mounts it well.
Nice job! Wish i had one.
Thanks! Alot of work. But they are handy.
Cool!
If anyone has any questions about the project or suggestions on making better videos. Just add them in the comments. Thanks
Great video I enjoyed that a lot, what do you use to pull your oil from the pit?
I use the HF 5 gallon oil drain dolly. Sku# 90582. Once it's full I unscrew the funnel. Then carry to container out.
@@projectponderer great thank you so much.
Man, I would hate to fall in that pit.
Yes me to! 😆 I'll have a ungrade video come soon.
A lovely job
Thank you.
Should have made the steps out of concrete the whole length of the wall.
Very Nice, Job Well Done.
Thank you!
Nice!
Thank you!
Wish you had some pictures of the pour, but I'll bet you had more on your mind that day than making video! The result looks awesome. I saw in another post you reinforced the block, filled with concrete, then poured around that. It sounds like you're going to reinforce the pit edges with steel angle of some kind (trying to picture this) which is what I've seen on commercial pits to avoid chipping and cracking edges. Hope you'll post more. Subscribed.
Yes I wish I had gotten more pictures of the pour to. It was a rush with so many things on my plate. Plus my dad was helping. He is a old timer. "I don't want my picture on the innerweb" 😆 Yes I have rebar gridded inside the block and joints. Then poured full of concrete. I was going to reinforce the edges. But as I look at my garage floor where I drive in every day. It never has chipped so think ill leave it. Im thinking of putting angle iron on the inside of the pit so I can floor the top and remove it if I want. Hopefully this summer I'll have a updated video. Thanks for the comment!
Gostei muito parabéns
Thank you very much 😊
42" ...nice and wide. Do you plan on covering it? Has anybody fallen in yet?
Thanks. If I find a good deal on material I will more than likely make a cover for when its not in use. Noone has fallen in it. Ppl seem to be scared when around it. 😆 I'll do a update video this summer. I have a few plans for the pit.
Nice
Thank you. I appreciate it!

And to cheap to buy a new one! 😆 🤣 😂
Thanks for sharing. Very honest and humble dude. You inspired me a lot. 👍
Thank you very much!
I dry poured my floor
I'd you do block or poured walls? How did the floor turn out?
😂
Awesome build dude! 6 feet deep, I'm a shorter guy and I would probably not reach up working on a truck. But I guess you could have a stepping stool for shorties.
Thank you! I didn't want to bump my head on low riders. 😆 When pressure washing a frame its nice to have room for the wand. Iv had some trucks in there that I needed to use blocks to reach the oil filter. I'll be doing a video on a 2x4 folding ladder soon.
Haha pits and rzrs what a coincidence! Thats what we got also!
Play work play work. 😆
Great job! Like everyone always tells me. Make sure to vent the pit before use because of heavy gases. Do you think you will have any issues with rain water finding its way in?
I usually have a fan going. Just in case. No water problems. On one side it is 20 inches off the ground. On the side that you drive in the over hang keeps it out. I suppose a really large Storm could blow some in. But hasn't yet. If it does ill use it to clean the pit. 😆 As far as ground water. Both gutters push water away. I Still need to pipe one underground. The garage is on a hill so all water flows away. I done block walls, then rebar and poured concrete inside. Then concrete on the outside of the walls. Even when it was just dirt it was dry. So hopefully if I get cracks it will stay dry.
@@projectponderer I know you have done more thinking on this than anyone will give you credit for, great job! Having the hole in the center of a roof I feel gives us tons of protection from soil swelling and contracting. You will probably be fine.
@@ThinkBuildTest thanks I appreciate it. Watching you go first gave me the fever for one. :)

March 10th 2017. We saw a few caved but no mines
When did you all take that trip? Did you see a lot of cave (mine) entrances along that section?
That was 5 years ago. We didn't get to explore much. Mostly what we saw was rock ledge, which has a potential to having a cave.
i love your backpacking videos please make more
