Sorry for the dumb question but does air dynamics matter if you’re using a weber Smoky Mountain or a drum smoker? Also, by the way your trimming is superb
@@TheReal_DeanD It does still matter as far as points and pieces of the brisket that stick out or will burn. You want everything rounded off to get an even bark. That was a good question tho as every smoker will have a different convection and airflow. Thanks for watching!
@@joshthebutchergibson3218 thank you for taking the time out to reply back. I’ll now be rounding out whatever brisket I get in addition to your other instructions. also I appreciate you showing prime versus choice. There is a significant price difference by me between both. If I can find a nice Choice like that I’m golden.
@@TheReal_DeanD No problem man I appreciate your viewership! Good luck on your next cook!

pellet smokers and propane are for women, the elderly and children. lol
you always cooking some fire stuff 🙏🙏
very educating
You are trying to teach people something they need now. I grew up in an extended family that were all survivors of the Depression and WWII. Pinto's got a lot of people through. Also your method is one traced back 4 generations (I'm 75).
I grew up on pintos. I have them 3-4 days a week now that groceries have gotten so expensive. I've never had fresh.
Thanks for the feedback friend! I usually use dried beans but these were available and I noticed not one video had fresh beans on RUclips, so I made one!
