Anybody have steps to replace the backboard that cracked? Hoop was under warranty so trying to figure out the easiest way to un-assemble the old backboard and put the new one on.

Thanks for the video. I am having trouble screw the strut into the base. Any tips how to do this? I'm thinking to release the top bolt first and work on the base to secure the strut into the base loosely before attaching the top section.

A sad waste of parts

I bought this goal from Academy sports and was very reluctant to do this myself. Guy at store told me it wasn’t worth paying $200 to have a third party do it for me so I used this video and the instruction manual. It was a total feat. I recommend anyone getting this hoop, save this video in your favorites and have it up with the manual. Thank you for taking the time to record this.

Hi, I am doing everything as instructed (this vid is perfect) but the rim won’t stay in the upright (level) position. Its as if the slam jam bracket is to large for the goal (rim) has anyone had this issue?

So I instal everything but the hoop won’t adjust down it’s stuck on 10’ even without the hook in place

Christ sake, can’t they have at least some of the smaller attachments installed already? Like the wheels or some other smaller attachments? Might as well send the base in a mold and have you pour the molding too! Would shave off 2-3hrs if you didn’t have to install every damn bots
