Only thing those bottled mechanics do is clean in the engine’s oil passages, get rid of sludge and clean out carbon deposits. If your valves/rings stick due to carbon buildup they will work but If they’re worn out nothing will work unless you change them. With piston rings you might even notice more smoke cause after they’re cleaned out the oil passes through more freely up to the cylinders, only solution is to change them.

Do union boilermaker weld any pipe like pipe welders in there union? I got accepted to a boilermaker union but I see that union pipe welders do all the pipe work and that’s something I am interested in also don’t know what to do because it’s way harder and takes longer time to get into the pipe welder union where I’m at.
