Diving In Yap Micronesia April 2024
Yap diving was well worth it after finishing diving in Palau, plus it's easily assessible flying PMA rather than United. It's a little more third world, but they use US currency & English. Manta Ray Bay Resort is excellent in all aspects, super friendly and very accommodating. And yes on Mantas & mandarin fish!

Excellent 2 days out of Koror diving. The dive guides we had were great. It was a well coordinated operation. They came to our hotel and expedited the coming & going.

Great operation on the Palau Aggressor II. Bluewater Travel did a wonderful job of coordinating the trip. I recommend Sea Passion for a hotel in Palau. We arrived a few days early before boarding the liveaboard, so we rented a car for 24 hrs. and were able to tour the north island in 6 hrs. Got in a waterfall hike, saw Monoliths, old village Bai where men held meetings and a Japanese lighthouse...

Beqa is wonderful, shark show is really cool where you will see 6 variety. But the reefs in there area are a little lacking. We hear that the Northern Islands diving have the better corals and fish count. Savusavu based resorts is going to be on future consideration.
Knox is an exceptional dive guide
Having dived several of the destinations shown in your videos (Fiji & Raja Ampat) I'd like to ask what camera equipment you used to shoot your underwater footage with? Also did you video in 1080p or 4K? Either way some nice footage.
Diving in Solomon Islands, right now TG6 Olympus with Solar lights. Using settings that are Backscatter tutorials on TG6. Next posting will be even better in a month or so
