When motivation dips, reconnect with your why. What was the reason you started in the first place? Write it down. Put it somewhere visible. Remind yourself daily.
Instead of saying, I’m stuck. I don’t know what to do, shift the perspective. With intention and repetition, you’re not lost-you’re being redirected.
