Nicely done but too many drums as they drown out the other instruments
Way to much snare.

THE MOST LAME SONGS, DUMB NESTOR.
On the Hogan's Heroes original theme music, Robert Crane (Colonel Hogan) played the drums. He was a great drummer as well as a great actor. May he Rest Peacefully in God's Kingdom.
No, no he did not. It’s an internet rumor about Bob Crane on drums, he recorded it for at least one album, but did not play the tv show recording. According to records at the Library of Congress: Carol Kaye, electric bass; Jack Sperling, Dick Berk, drums. (Soundtrack Personnel)
@@DoctorShocktor Yes he did
Ummm maybe just a few too many snare drums. Kind of drowns out the rest of the players.
Wonderful
Love the snare drums.
Im playing this song right now and i can tell the drums are wayyyyyy to loud
This really brings back memories. I'm only 16, but when I was in the 8th grade, I watched Hogan's Heroes every morning & afternoon. I still watch it to this day, it never gets old. When my history teacher made a reference to the show, I finished a quote & surprised her. Those were the good ol' days.
I was on that show
Jeez how many snare drums did you need. Drowned every body out
This one is correct but lacked the counter melody
Bela escolha musical. Parabéns e bela performance orquestral.
O say can you see by the dawn's early light What so proudly we hailed at the twilight's last gleaming Whose broad stripes and bright stars through the perilous fight O'er the ramparts we watched, were so gallantly streaming? And the rocket's red glare, the bombs bursting in air Gave proof through the night that our flag was still there O say does that star-spangled banner yet wave O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave🇺🇸🎼🎵🎶
What is this man doing here?
Eat me out
It sounds terrible.
Fuck you, nigga
die taube wundersvhon vielen dank
I like the drums.
actually, i like the snare-heavy version here- it keeps in mind the initial, evil-nazi-military dread the open bars of the original evoke, but don't quite keep in mind as the melody kicks in.
The ending is different from the TV show
The opening cadence in the show was 7 measures.
Too many drums, and tempo is totally wrong. D+
Good rendition, however I will agree with another comment below, the Snare Drums overpowered the other instruments.
A fine performance of this wonderful arrangement.
Sorry Juliana I don't agree. The microphones on devices are still lacking the appropriate 'tech' that allows for multiple instruments Equal distinctive qualities. 😉
La Paloma
Isn’t this the US Armed Forces version?
Hogan ! Shultz
I see NNNo-THING!!! I HEAR NNNNOTTHHINGG!!!!!!
Did the Orchestra even play? I hear drums and drums and drums and drums.... Is this what The Master was talking about in Doctor Who, the never ending drums?
Yea The Drums are Overpowering. Unless the Band Director wants to make it some type of Effect.
THIS IS WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT!!! PLAY IT AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN UNTIL THE DAY I TAKE MY LAST BREATH!!! GO BIIIIG REDDDDD!!!!!!!!!!
My band is playing this song for the spring concert. I play percussion but for this song I'm playing the snare drum. The songs we are going to play are Hogan's hero's March, Bear Necessities, and The curse of Tutikani or however you spell it.
Doing this song for our concert 😆👍🏻
Me too bro. I'm playing this on snare with the Coral reef high symphonic band for our upcoming spring concert
Great Great Great!!!
The band sounds nice, round and full!
Excellent job despite the drums sounds drowned the scene due to a bad balance.. About the Hogan's Heroes series, I'm watching it on YT and it's brilliant!
I agree the snare is way too loud
Excellent job to everyone involved.
One of my favorite band pieces ever! LOVE playing this!
Stop it! Cut it out! I have a glandular problem!!!
I love that trombone !!! Who is that guy playing?
The auditorium is too live. shame, because the band is probably good.
love it thanks for uploading
pretty good, but the snare drums overpowered everything until the second part
Juliana Stam that’s because half the Orchestra are drums. LOL 😆
@@Bobster986 well you're not wrong
They should have dropped the percussion section to about 1/4 once the main theme came in. Not the best arrangement of this theme.
really poor decision to have all those snare drummers, it drowns out the entire orchestra.... horrible balance, horrible idea, horrible direction that asshole should be relieved of his baton.
I agree, although its bad mix-down taken from the mic on the camera , i suspect. Needed perspex screens to "kill the spill"
Outstanding job!
