Mam whether this is useful for this year😢

Help! I did everything on this tutorial, and nothing is working. No websites are blocked. I restarted each browser, the computer, tried doing a space instead of a tab after the 127.0.0.1, and nothing is blocking the websites. I normally use microsoft edge, but I also tried it with google chrome, and no websites are being blocked! Windows 11, maybe this is why? I wish I had windows 10 but it is too late to revert.

What are the 4 lines i need to post and save?
