Honda CBR600RR Cam Chain Rattle FIX 2005-2006 Cam Chain Tensioner
I describe how to fix the cam chain rattle on a 2005-2006 cbr600rr. This fix may work for other years. The cause of this is still unknown and may be related to low oil pressure. my bike has over 50k miles, has been stolen twice and I ride it hard so I wouldn't be horribly surprised if this is the case.

Just a little walk through of the head for this bike and what I'm doing to rebuild mine along with a couple of tips and tricks.
A bad ignition switch or kill switch could also cause no spark.
Thank you for this video man! I have a 2007 CBR600rr and I am currently experiencing a similar clinking noise and it sounds like its coming from the chain. This is my first bike and I am trying to do it myself because taking it in somewhere is so expensive. If you have any other tips or anything when doing this to the tensioner, I would love all the help i can get, thanks again
Yo when you tried to reinstall was it hard ? Like idk how tog eat it to go back on since now it like doesn’t fit all the way in to screw since I took it out

Depends on how many spark plugs
did your mod work?
I have a random no spark on 1 and 4. Coils good been through all wiring. Stumped. Pickups test good. Starts and runs good if i shut it off and restart no spark sometimes others it works.

i have no spark either side of my 83 twin belt drive ltd, it has compression and has lights working but no spark to the wires going into the spark plugs. not sure what the issue i might try the battery first seems a little weak. but even so i feel like it should still spark even if weak.. this is my first build so even with an approximate manual im not positive everything is correct.
did you end up fixing it?
Those dyna coils sucks dick. only had them for 1 year and then it was dead
