Hey y'all, I'm Rita and I write horror/paranormal novels and short stories, many of them containing elements of my own paranormal experiences.
Last year I decided to retire in my early 60s and pursue my dream of writing a horror novel. I was amazed at how that simple decision has changed my life. I have always been drawn to the paranormal, the unexplained and the just plain spooky. To be able to make a living writing about those subjects is a dream come true.
My debut novel is now published and available on Amazon and I'm on to new projects. 2025 is going to be a great year and I'm planning lots of stories, adventures and research into the mysterious. I hope you join me!

A Ghostly Encounter That Still Haunts Me
I'm finally ready to share some of my personal ghost experiences and thought I'd begin with Chester Goldburg. After his untimely demise he showed up in my living room...perhaps to say goodbye. It happened quite a while ago, but I'm still curious about it and have used the experience as the basis for a short story. This is the real version.
