I so wanted one of these in the day.

Haven't watched this yet-- wonder how many more "parts" you have to finish it?? I don't want to miss any.. and I HAVE subscribed.. The phone company is coming next week for me to install my FIBER OPTIC service-- and after having 4 meg download speed (yes 4-- slower than a constipated pigeon flying against the wind) I'll have 100 meg or maybe 500 (whichever I decide) and I'm going to ask the tech if I can BUY a section of the heavier FIBER OPTICS to use for models.... (some of them WILL let you keep small sections that they cut off)..

Nice job on your lighting. I replaced the clear plastic upper level floor on mine with brass Micro-mesh so the light would bleed through to the lower level. I noticed that you sprayed the floor gray or silver. It was actually an open mesh flooring used on the set.

I saw your vid, and I'm impressed. I just received the eight window Moebius Models Seaview as a gift. I'm afraid to build it! I'll use your video as a guide when I'm ready to build it. I'm really afraid of putting the bow and Stern together. Any tips?

Boyd, I hope you still get notifications on videos this old. I've been binge-watching builds of the Raider (pretty near my most favorite SF ship ever) hoping my next eye operation will let me build again. Yours is the only one that featured the interior, which I found myself whining about the absence of one to myself... Damn fine build given the limitations of the clear canopy and let's face it, the kit. Your skills have advanced markedly in the past nine-ish years- ever considered building another? If everything works out I'll have to set aside part of my "stimulus check" in hopes of finding that kit and interior on Ebay.
