We are currently in KPPM hoa. They fired the manager/ supervisor during covid because she was forcing a nurse not to sleep in his driveway in a small camper to protect his family. Smartly the nurse called all the national news stations to report this abuse. Interestingly enough, the hoa finally fired her!!!! We are working on getting rid of this HOA company! We will never buy in an HOA again!!!!

"You get out what you put in" - i have some people with this attitude in my family and all they have to show for it is a thanksgiving turkey each year, back issues, and having missed many family holidays due to overtime requirements. I would never purchase a home in a HOA. Sure the homes and yards and everything else that they may have such as amenities is a nice touch to get you to purchase a home. But the fact you have people like him and ridiculous rules and regulations that some other people in the community somehow agree to is crazy.
