@@dansimpson222 same results really i was running line 3 seconds slower when i first changed, but now im abit used to revving high gear changing im running same times. But feel you can dial technique down better on a 250 reason why i swapped for abit

How do u find suspension

@@gareththornton3917 i think its actually quite good for a air fork. I was told to run it abit stiffer than normal to hold up in the stroke snd it helped loads. What bike do you have?

Iv had a few more rides on it now and i think i prefer keefer map unless wet where i just high traction on but tight l technical tracks i prefer aggressive map on traction on low. But the game changer for me was having same valving as a stock 2022 450 with my springs suspension is 10x better

Same way, dont think there is another way in. Got a better place to train now turn track near northampton. Waiting for a good day to get a sick video of the place to post and show 🙌🏻
