I remember listening to this banger 13 years ago, as I was walking through the dark and gloomy roads of Tokyo, it was indeed such a vibe back then. I literally dreamed of meeting Kim Garam. She was my bias in NewJeans. Missing those days :(

I like the aesthetic of the video and I had to check out the remix. I liked it. I think I like the flow of this remix more than the original. The OG sounded like Sonic Frontiers cyberspace music and the vibe was kinda off imo.

What kind of bitcrushing are you using in all your songs? edit: this is probably not the exact process they used but here's what i found makes a near identical result: all tracks have a steep lowpass with some resonance at ~6.1kHz, then the drums and vocals have bitcrushing (downsampling) pafter the lowpass at a sample rate of ~18.5kHz with a high-shelf boost of ~3dB. Additionally youtube uploads have a steep highpass at 14kHz so that will bring it closer (not that i can even hear above 14khz anyway lol). I tested this on cool with you and it's the same thing but with different numbers than the above (and the bitcrushing is applied on the chords and vocals not the drums and vocals)
