the vast majority of viewers of this show prefer the original language (japanese) as the voice acting is phenomenal. but personally don't mind if it's in eng dub, the show is a masterpiece anyway

Welcome to AoT world!! Hope you enjoy the ride and will continue til the end. This is one of the best show ever created. Just a few suggestions: 1. Keep watching until there's a TO BE CONTINUED shown on screen as some eps has credit scene. And stop right after that, no need to watch the next eps preview as you will binge watch this anyway. Better go totally blind into it :) 2. Skip intro and outro as they contain spoilers. You can do a reaction to these OPs and EDs after you finish each season or after you finish the whole show. 3. Never google or search about anything related to AoT, you'll easily got spoilers. 4. AoT english dub is like the 144p version of the show, while the original japanese (plus subtitle) is the 4k version. So if you want the full entertainment of AoT, you know which one to watch in. It's up to you to choose tho. Enjoy the show, brothers!!

Most people will recommend you to watch the japanese version with english subtitles since the english voice acting and translation is not as good
