This is a little tool to simplify anatomy done by multiple iteration steps (no simulation) It is done by shrinking, wrapping (re-projecting), blurring, and then detangling iterations multiple times.

This is part of RT_CFX tools It gets a deformed skeleton geometry coming from rigs (Maya) and applies corrections to keep geometry stable. It also corrects incoherent angles between the anatomical bones

Можно сделать анимацию мышц лица используя тензорные линии и логику эмоциональную прикрепив контроллеры в obj контексте но мощности нужно побольше у меня i7 4790 и 1080 gtx ,все очень долго симулиться

Incredible, i was planning to build something similar for those pesky "in place" animations . Does the solver apply a transform on the geo by averaging the overall motion and the contact between paws and ground? If so, does it work for non linearly moving characters? Like circular motion, erratic movement in space and when a char is climbing stairs?
Yes, it works, because it takes all contact points (paws) in solver in all axis. For the stairs case, I really need to test it. Do you have any alembic to share for the test?

It is not necessary, I developed a tool called rt_Local_mix where it blends sim and skin shapes coming from animation automatically with granular falloff control for each "seam". I'll show it soon here in the youtube channel. Stay tunned! :)

How is this made ?
That was a custom muscle fiber setup I made for my muscle system, it is a special tetrahedral geometry with fibers in just the core Tets, what gives it a more realistic look on contractions an bulging than the Houdini muscle system does.

will this eventually include fascia, deep fascia like your lemur project, possibly even tendons?
The MPM no, because it has limitations, mainly in the way it hold the tissue, that eventually can lead to tearing.
What Is hard to make in this project 😮
Well, the incoming geometry was not perfectly intersection-free, so that was tricky to solve, but it led me to an innovative approach to the setup, ending in a more robust tissue sim system that I put in all my newer setups.
If you made a paid course for this, I think you would crush it. I'll be your first customer!

Are there any benefits to using MPM over the default muscle tissue system in houdini? Any chance we'll see FEM based like Ziva Dynamics?
@@TheHighFlys yes, it is extremely fast. About the FEM, it is being implemented but there is no ETA for it just yet.
@@RodTebisxTD thanks for the info :) Glad it's on the roadmap at least! Any idea if the MPM can optimize better with the ML deformer in UE5? I know the default system is too slow to have it realistically in a game but ZivaRT was used on spiderman and other games so I'm curious if the ML deformer would be compatible and more optimized with this method
@@TheHighFlys yes, both steps (muscle and tissue) can be optimized using this approach. The prototype (hip file) run the muscle step at 2.5 fps (with the inputs cached on a RTX3090). Yes, 2.5fps, as opposed to vellum step at 1 frame each 30-40 seconds.

yes, but initial points/prim ids should respect catmull-clark rules yes, it will retain shape!

3 months of R&D to build the system from scratch and adapt to the pipeline. The simulation, about 1h each 120 frames.
