Hi mate. Great video. We have been running the same set up for a couple of months and we really love it. we had to change the mattress because it was a bit ordinary and we put a Zampire monster Mat self inflating Mat in the tent and it fits perfect and it is awesome. We are in Tassie and the tent handles the cold wind and rain really well. Very happy with it. PS I really love my awning too. PPS for all the trolls we have it on a RG Colorado with a canopy with a roof loading of 500 kg.

I'm 10000% sure every company that makes a screen like this buys/licenses the same operating system. Different hardware/name all running the same OS. I have one,....you know it's that same OS when you hear the boot up chime and see the display graphics.

What is the roof dynamic load limit of your Prado? Have you checked? Adding all the weight you have on it so far (incl. the roof rack), you might have exceeded it. Plus some roof rack models (like Rhino Rack) have less dynamic load limits for off-road (compared to their on-road limits).

I think you may be slightly overloaded on the roof. I think the limit on the prado roof is 100kg . Tent is 97kg so your awening and roof rack would be more than 3kg ?

Do you find it heating up, randomly resetting, only memorizes one phone to connect to? Alot of these Chinese made units have a reputation of only lasting a few months then getting bricked. Please provide an update after 6 months+ of testing.

Would the toaster and kettle run if you turned on lifting power. Also, some of the numbers don't make sense, if you have 1440wh, in theory a 1400w item should run for about a hour, but your numbers suggested only about 900wh capacity

Bit of miss information there on the video mate, you’re supposed to use those 2 packers (LHS-A1PAIR) for the rear legs so it sits nice and level on the roof and not look like a banana

AC70 does have a built-in power lifting mode that you can turn on via bluetti app (1000 W inverter kinda fakes more than a 1000 W), which should basically run a toaster or a kettle for a few minutes.

Turbo Diesel Toyota just rolls off the tongue, also I love that its a SUV that gets 25 (9.4) combined, ~28 (8.4) highway. Also it makes all the fun turbo noises.

I have a similar setup on my 80 Series w/my Darche Ridgeback RTT w/a 160W solar mounted on crossbars. Here's a couple of tips: 1) Flip the solar mounts (so that the 90 degree angle points down), this lowers the solar panel a few more millimetres - almost flush w/the crossbars. Doing this lowered the total height of my rig to be just under 2.3m (w/the RTT, 2" lift, 33" tyres). And I mean just, 2.29m to be exact - 1cm to spare. This allows me to still fit in most shopping centre undercover car parks. 2) Run your solar cable around the front of your RTT then underneath it. That way they don't hang on the side, and it looks far tidier. Plus having them running around the front, does not require too much slack to the cables to compensate for the changes in distance between open & close. I also wrap the cables w/split-tubing for extra protection.

What solar setup do you have?

Mine couldn’t get past trying to load the TF card. Piece of junk.

I have this pair. My only complaint is that the brackets do rust. Paint them before installation!
