W&J Mair was a great contractor before they stoped chopping grass👍
Haha 😂
Great to see loads of videos of the area. I’ll be hopeful moved in to this area by the summer, can wait. Keep up the great videos 👍🏼
So unique!
One of my favourite spots in the Port.was told it used to be an old Quary...dashers den..love it in a storm
Can I ask what month of the year this was filmed if u don't mind sharing?
Hi. It was 27th June 2018 at Lendalfoot south of Girvan. Sorry about the time taken to reply. I had to search back through my 148,000’ish photos to find them lol
Would be great to see more ships like this come in to the waters
I was hoping to get there today, but couldn't.😢
You dodging this mad weather i see lol well done mate good footage
Hi. This was the first day in a month that I could get dronie up. It’s been dire. Tomorrow is calm but looks like rain all day. 😓
@@rodericksnr1 same here mate weather is garbage
Well done Roderick.Back flying again. Has the new dronie more toys😊👍👍
Hi Nigel. Yes back flying again. Exactly the same drone but made out of cast iron this time 😂
Stunning footage mate looks amazing
Thank you. My favourite place to be 👍😎
What a handsome bird
And she knows it lol 🦅🥰
You back on the boat captain 👩✈️
I am Kal. Temporary boats but I’m going to look at the new Glenapp boat tomorrow/Wednesday. Looks amazing. Hopefully will have it in a week or so.
@@rodericksnr1 sounds good. See you around
Lovely stuff mate great footage
Thank you. It been a busy few days. 🚤
Beautiful video 🦢
Thank you very much! 😊
good footage mate fingers crossed they are good parents by the looks of it
Thank you johnny. They are good parents. So difficult to guard the cygnets in the first week. They’re vulnerable to black backed gulls yet. This heavy rain over worries me too.
not long now
Mid August over 1,300 pupils will descend on this school johnny. The demolition of the old school buildings will take a further year. The pool won’t be open until December.
Just saying this very thing today we haven’t seen them. Didn’t realise they where still chicks. Great to see
They are doing well Kal. Came down from Asda today. They’ll probably hang about Newton bridge now.
"Thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to see beautiful videos."
Wonderful progress since I used to call to Humeston Farm way back in the mid to late 80's. Congratulations and wishing the farm great success with their new retail unit.
Good Grief, is this Humeston Farm on the coastal road from Ayr? I knew the Gilmour family way back in the 80's, '85 to '87 specifically, John and his family along with his father, wonderful courteous, hard working people! Do the Gilmour family still farm Humeston Farm. Thanks for the great video!
looking good mate
Thank you johnny. Good to be back in the air 🙄🥰
looks huge bigger than i thought it was
Massive johnny. Cost three time more than the whole Maybole bypass. Going to take a fair bit of getting used to by both pupils & teachers.
Very interesting. Is there anything added to speed up the fermentation process?
Nothing added woodyO. Just covered to keep dry.
more, faster, cheaper, and don't break anything. farming always was a machine but things you can do if you had the money to chuck at it. suddenly i'm not missing farming any more, maybe not missing the u.k., even cornwall. it's not you- it's the principal. you're throwing it all in your end for less at the other end, and for people who don't even care.
Everyones favourite job!!! 🤣🤣🤣
I kept thinking of those who go to gyms to exercise. An away day bus trip to sheet silage might just appeal to them 😂
Were is this
It’s Burnton dairy farm in south Ayrshire between Crosshill village & Kilkerran estate.
New subscriber. Brilliant video 💪🏻 🏴
Thank you 👍
Really amazing !
Quite an operation this silage cutting Jeremy. Four farms I’ve filmed now. Finished the last one this morning. Still can’t face editing all of yesterday & todays yet lol
@@rodericksnr1 what is silage ? Never heard of it , sorry if it’s a stupid question
Not a stupid question Jeremy. Grass is grown to a fair length then cut. It’s turned over a couple of times I’ve a day or so then gathered up & piled up into concrete edged pits, covered in plastic & left for months to dry down into a highly nutritious feed for mainly Dairy cattle indoors. A farm might get 3 to 5 cuts a season from the one field.
i did wonder?..lol anyway great work again mate
Thank you johnny. I’d posted ‘3 fields in the pit & was corrected by farmer Phil. It’s 4. What I know about farming could be writ on a postage stamp lol
Cracking vid👍 The co-ordination between these boys is damn impressive. Cld watch for hours..total chill out👏
Thank you Marty. Yes it’s like a ‘farming ballet’ lol. They know what they’re doing for sure.
Re-edited & reposted
Nice one mate looks like a belter of a ship
Thank you johnny. Brand new ship. On its way to Helensburgh now.

Thats good to see again I was standing at the bridge just up past the substation
Aye John. That was a great day. Can never get enough of steam trains 🚂 👍
@@rodericksnr1 I think that was may 2019 I also remember 2 black 5 trains coming through and back in April 2010 I think also in 2012 agreed through a great thing to see
Amazing footage yet again! Do you have an email adress where i can contact you on? I upload videos on my youtube hobby channel about everything on our oceans. From Cargo ships in the 1960s till now, oil rigs, fishing vessels, etc. My email address is on my youtube page. Looking forward to your reply. Cheers
Wow! She's a beautiful little ship. A real eyeful, seeing her steaming along.
