Kitchen Fluorescent Lightbox Makeover | LED Flush Mount Ceiling Light | Garage Update
Hi friends!
We updated our old, broken fluorescent lightbox in our kitchen (we have a super small kitchen too, why does this lightbox take up 80% of the space?) to a new LED flush mount ceiling light.
Also, a little demolition for ya - the hubby took down the bar in our garage to make more room for his workspace. Less watchin' sports, more fixin' cars.

Hi! I actually have changed my shipping flow over the past year so I need to do an updated video! But with my current process to ship 4 candles at once I would wrap each individual candle in honeycomb cushioning wrap. Then I would use either eco-friendly shipping peanuts or packaging paper to fill up the remaining space in the shipping box. I hope this helps!

I use the uline ice packs so far so good. I also switched to Monday-Wednesday shipping for the Summer.

Hi, I have a small candle business as well and I also use pirateship. Unfortunately, it does not allow me to send a package with the dimensions 4x4x4. How are you able to ship a package that size with pirateship and do you put the package in a poly mailer?
Hi! I ran into that problem and so I put in the dimensions 6x4x4. USPS accepted all of my boxes but now I use 6x4x3 boxes so I don't run into that problem anymore

It all depends on weight. Anything over 1 pound has to go priority

What is pirate ship
Hi would you mind sharing which type of wax you used as an experiment inside your car? Was is it pure soy? Or a mix of beeswax & soy?
Hi! I can't believe I forgot to mention it! I used 100% soy GB 464 which is a softer wax and has a pretty low melt point. Beeswax I believe is harder and has a higher melting point. It would be interesting to try this out again with beeswax!

Your never going to completely stop the wax from melting. Most you can use or ice packs but if it takes 3-4 days for it to ship the ice pack will me be melts by then. Unless you use an ice pack plus foil package along with packing peanuts. I use to work at medical supply warehouse so packaging peanuts work well or packaging paper. There’s also styrofoam. Would just have to add those extra cost into your candle. To get a true test pack everything in the box as if your to ship, let it set in the car and then go back to get it. Hopes this helps.
