This was the second performance on Plough Sunday (12/1/20) by the Navenby Plough Jags, doing a traditional Lincolnshire Plough Play. The first performance was in the garden in front of Mrs Smith's cottage in Navenby. After leaving the Kings Head, we processed our plough down Navenby High Street to the Lion & Royal for our third and final performance in the village.
This was the third and final performance on Plough Sunday (12/1/20) by the Navenby Plough Jags, doing a version of the Bassingham plough play. The first performance was in the garden of Mrs Smith's cottage followed by the Kings Head after which we processed our plough down Navenby High Street to the Lion & Royal.
