Low Sodium Technique: Gently & quickly rinse bacon slices in a bowl of water. (Too much rinsing will make the bacon bland). Gently dry bacon with clean towel or paper towel.
I also cut my bacon slices in half or in thirds then store it in a Tupperware container.
You can add black pepper and/or a pinch of brown sugar to the oiled pan if you want to switch the taste up a bit.😊 I also fry in oil with a bit of butter for more flavor.
It seems the more the oil the less time flipping the dumplings.
