Belikin beer is the worst i have tasted...ever...the only thing good about belikin is their calanders...or at least used to be.

He’s right: bring a Yeti or other metal insulated drink container. You’ll want it for the boats,Secret Beach, Caye Caulker, etc. Wine is expensive on Ambergris. And sits on warm store shelves. Cheapest to drink is Belikan beer, next cheapest, rum. We buy our whiskey or gin at Duty Free shop at Belize Internat’l Airport. Note: Belize Coke is delicious, so are the Fanta sodas. Buy by the case at distributor on Ambergris.

I appreciate the review as I am always searching for better travel pants. I found Union Bay Rainier travel pants. These fit most of your criteria but are not convertible to shorts. They come in fixed waist or flex waist. Zipper rear pockets that prevent pick pocketing and a flush side cargo like pocket on the right leg also with zipper. 4 way stretch, UVP 50 and water resistant. The killer of why I have stuck with them after years of use and searching travel pants is they cost $36. I buy 3 pair for less than most single pair of other brands. I have 8 pair and wear them everyday summer or winter and had 1 rear pocket zipper fail. Zero other issues. My criteria for rear zipper pocket and a side pocket are features almost never met let alone all the other features makes these a killer deal.

They are ALMOST perfect. They need zippers at the bottom in case you are wearing boots you can remove the pants without having to remove shoes.

Thanks for the video. I wonder what settings and memory card you were using? The original GoPro Hero 1 and 2 was the most reliable camera they produced. A few yrs later I bought a Hero 3 black and it was terrible, so I kept using my original Hero 1 while the 3 stayed in a drawer. I now have a GoPro 5 black which did not work right for 2 years, until I discovered the problem was my Sandisk Ultra SD card was a knockoff, not genuine (which the Ultra itself has reliability issues, so this was a knockoff of an unreliable card). It's getting harder and harder to tell; even the packaging looks authentic and I had to contact Sandisk to find out. So for 2 years I was mad at GoPro when the problem was with the memory card. I've been considering the 12 because of some of the features, but thanks to this video I'm going to research the freezing issue. As for the settings, I wonder if the 10 (and 11, 12) would be less likely to freeze on lower resolution and/or slower frame rate.

A man after my own heart! I'm on the quest for the perfect travel pants. ...More of an addiction really as I'm looking for "the pants" and don't even get me started about backpacks lol. Can't get away with shorts/pants combs but these look great on you and super comfy. Thank you for providing such a comprehensive review.

I’m a 60 year old man. I was born and raised in NYC to Belizean parents. NYC is the great melting pot with people from all over the world. That being said, growing up it was rare to meet people from Belize that I wasn’t related to. I got excited anytime I ran into someone from Belize. After visiting the country I learned why that was, why there were so few. Belizean’s love their country and most don’t want to leave. They see no reason to. I spent 5 weeks there and drove around most of the country. No negative experiences, positivity and around. Every time I go there I feel more at home than in my own country.

GoPro is such trash. I have an 11 and I buy batteries like Tic Tacs. They last 15 mins, expand and get stuck in the camera, freeze. Yes, for going underwater you need to put it in a housing. It's been the same camera for about 8 years now. So sucks. But GoPro cloud storage is the best. I have about 10 TB for $50/year and counting. None of the footage is GoPro hosted there, my Sony A7IV 4K 10-bit HVEC.

Yes, the "Secret" in secret Beach is ironic. I would take issue with the "tourist trap" label. It's an ultra popular party atmosphere beach but a lot of fun. Prices and service is pretty good too. As for the golf cart ride, it is an adventure but in the good way. Swerve to avoid the big potholes and wave hi to everyone.
